Hi there, thanks for this video! Just a quick hopefully not dumb question: when I fire the flash I have to wait a 5 or so seconds before the green light goes back on & I can fire again.. how can I change this so I'm not waiting so long?
The more it starts to heat up, the longer the recycle time will be. So as it gets close to overheating, at higher power outputs it will take longer, especially when taking a lot of continuous shots. If you can, lower the output power to get faster recycle times

Each time i shoot the flash with the transmissor, the flash turns on the modeling light and it keeps on until y set it off from the flash menú. There is some option to not use that modeling light on the front at all?? I am a Canon user. (haha i already Fix it, it was just presing the MENU boton on the Transmissor by 3 seconds and done, that's the way to turn off the front light of modeling).
same question. when i use the nikon version of this flash with my nikon and a x2t trigger, the flash only fires full manual power. can you do demo in ttl mode?
Hi, I have just received my Godox X2T and V860 II units and have been following your set-up procedure. Everything goes fine until I reach Time 2:26 secs where you confirm that the two units are talking together. Unfortunately, although I have followed you to the letter many times...when I reach that time mark and try a test by pressing the Flash button on the X2T...the V860 III does NOT respond...i.e no flash output. I note that during the set-up procedure you did not seem to SYNC the two units together... is this an omission or do the two units automatically sync when they are both set to the same Group and channel?? I would be grateful for any comment on my problem as I need the Trigger and Flash to respond to commands from the TRIGGER. Many thanks.. great video
it syncs automatically but I noticed with mine that it only triggers when the flash isn't directly in line with the trigger, if I hold my hand in front of the trigger the flash works but not if it has a direct line of sight which is incredibly strange. It also works if it's offset from the trigger to the side or below
How many groups are available in the mk iii? I can't seem to find a definitive answer in the mk iii manual online.. I've seen some photos of a group D & E - but no video. The mk ii, which I have, only offers groups A-C and M when the unit is on camera set to commander.
I’ve done everything said and grand, if I click the flash thing on the trigger it pops the flash, grand, everything synced, but then when I take a photo nothing happens

Will mounting the flash off camera on an L bracket cold shoe harm the metal connections at the bottom? If so how do you recommend you mount it? Thx

How many volts of AA battery is applicable for this trigger? 1.2 or 1.5? which one
Not sure exactly. I've used standard AA batteries before, but currently I use Li-Ion rechargeable AA batteries with it
