the name coffee comes from a place called kaffa in southern Ethiopia. It’s had the same name for thousands of years. Also scientists have documented that there are more subspecies of coffee in Ethiopia than there are in the rest of the world combined. So there’s your proof.

I'm an Ethiopian. we aren't similar to West Africans which would be your ancestors in America or Canada. Ethiopia is East African and we have genes from Judea, Ancient India and Ancient Egypt.

It came From Ethiopia (Jimma\ Kaffa) Regions and they trade with the arabs by the oromic name BUNNA which found it way to yemen and found its way through the arabian desert and then the meditrenian finnally to European which they renamed it Coffe (Europeans version of the KAFFA) ....... If you think that coffe can grow in such a Yemeni war and Desert it ia BIOLOGICALLY wrong coffe need a tropical moisture and heat and immportantlly a shade from execs sun light (usualy by long wide green trees) WHICH IS NOT FOUND IN THE INTAIRE MIDDLE EAST LET ALONE ARABIA OR YEMEN

@@yemen9222 Lol!!! Yemen is not famous for coffee and not even part of the top 10 coffee producing countries. Brazil is the top coffee producing country and Ethiopia is the 5th in the world. Most people acknowledge Ethiopia as the birth place of coffee not Yemen.
