I can still remember going to see a theatrical release of this back in 2012... got the deluxe Blu-ray/CD set that same year with the complete show on it (the CDs have the whole show unlike the video).

Watching him here you'd never know he was starting to struggle with his health. He looks as hale and hearty here as he ever did!
I think he wasn't actually at that point...
Seems like he started to notice something significant aroud late 1986/early 1987 (from the available band interviews, documentaries etc.)
I may be wrong, but I surely wouldn't use the word "struggle" for this particular time period of Magic tour - he was indeed physically okay then
Of course if you have some reliable confirmation of his health problems during the tour that I may be not familiar with - then sorry😅
@@dmitrydudin7557 Yeah, by the end of that tour, he told the guys he didn't think he could do it anymore. He was just tiring out so much faster than he used to.
@@dmitrydudin7557He was getting tired more easily than usual. He could still get out there and sing his heart out, but his stamina was getting weaker by the time of Knebworth.
@@kilgore1863it could also be because of the smoking and the fact he was 40. Those factors definitely affected his stamina

Én is szerettem volna menni de még középiskolás voltam és a szüleim nem engedtek el :(. De akkor vetítette élőben talán a Duna TV és csak erre vettem egy 195 perces video kazettát (ami nagy szó volt akkor :)), De sajnos a video kazetták össze lettek keverve, rosszat adtunk kölcsön és pont erre a video kazettára vettek fel valami hülyeséget, így nem sokáig élvezhettem otthon ezt Queen koncertet visszanézni :) Akkor még netünk sem volt, számítógépünk sem volt és hol volt még a UA-cam :) Régi szép idők :)

The band was so powerful. Freddie's voice and stage presence are uncomparable, Brian was such a virtuoso, only him plays like this, Roger is amazing at drumming and singing, John was the spine of the band. And Spike Edney, the hidden fifth member on keyboards and rythm guitar!

The quality on this is insane! Not sure if it is film or Hungary somehow got hold of a HDVS system (leaning towards film due to lack of any comet trails), but it is a stunning transfer regardless. Dont think ive ever enjoyed a video like this! Could have been filmed yesterday
