The guy in the background pouring the syrups hates his job. Look at how messy and sloppy and disgusting his work space is. Syrups and sugars flying all over. The guy in the foreground looks to have small bleeding cuts all over his arms and getting virus and bacteria and other germs all throughout everyone's ice. His beard cover is not in place and just hanging there. Vile and disgusting
in India these things really don't matter. this is all the dynamics of job and all personal touch. I won't take this food had he worn gloves. personal touch is a must in India.
