Exactly you said the right point.. ivide crank weight kooti kodukkillaa... Will never do that.. flywheel have balancing holes.. to reduce weight imbalance and thereby to reduce vibration.. all that efforts will be distroyed if an additional weight is added.. many other potential issues are also there
I own a UCE model as well a CI model. Of late when I took my CI to my mechanic, he was suggesting to install a decompression mechanism on the UCE model that I own. His work plan is to drill a hole at the centre of the head to install the decompression kit and to discard the auto decompression link inside the RH cover. Would like your opinion on this mod.
Often some mechanics are doing this.. While drilling hole on the top of the cylinder head tha strengthening ribs are cut .. that may weaken the head stength.. but not a severe issue.. such alterations are working still now.. second option is some mechanics assembe a decompressor in the position of big spark plug and bike will be allowed to run on single spark.. i am mainly engaged in old CI engine related works.. so better you can approach somebody well-versed in UCE .. Use only 20w50 .. don't go for synthetic.. ordinary mineral oil is enough.. castrol gtx preffered
