- Welcome to the very first episode of our brand new series, WHEEL OF MISFORTUNE! The premise is simple, spin 1 wheel to see what crazy skateboard you have to skate and spin the other wheel to see what trick you have to do on it! 5 rounds, most points win! @@ronald666mcdonald and Team Edge at one point. But the whole action sports thing was for sure Scotty 8 years ago. They did it different tho, played a game of bike. Called out a trick and then had to spin and get a punishment before you tried. Miss those days.
It's certainly not a mind blowingly original idea. A wheel you spin that makes something harder. But considering the name is so perfect and the concept translates so well to other sports and hobbies, there's absolutely no way to be anything but stoked to see what happens and I'm glad this idea gets more visibility
@@straphyr exactly. No reason to be anything other than hyped for it. The phrase had been around a long time and at this point in existence almost nothing is original. I just wanted to point out Scotty because he still deserves recognition, especially since his accident and I hate that his channel seems to be failing.
Man I used to watch Braille YEARS ago absolute love it. Just on a whim cam back to see what yall were up to and this is the kind of content that used to make my day. So happy the Braille house has stayed around and yall have been able to expand.

I do like the format, but more flip tricks would be nice.
Maybe replace the bearings in or balance the Board spinner wheel.
Looked like some boards on the ground there we didn’t really see used.
As a small change for the challenge, make the point value based on the combined difficulty of the trick and board. For example, a manual might be worth 1 point while a kickflip is worth 2. Combine that with the grass board being worth 1 point and the chain board being 3 points. If you need to manual a chain board, it is worth 4 points in this case. First to say, 25 points is the winner.

You guys should do a game of skate starting with just a t shirt n jeans, and for each letter add a baggier t shirt and jeans on top. Ideally the layers would make it more difficult

Hey Braille, you guys should do a game where you go round your sk8park and do 100 ollies on 100 different obstacles and if you successfully land the 100 ollies, you get 100 dollars, for example if you bail at 97 or 96 ollies then you get nothing, you should call it ollied until bodied and i came up with this by my self
The point system should work like this
1st Try: 3 points
2nd Try: 2 points
3rd Try: 1 point
After all three tries, 0 points

You could do this again but give more points if you did it 1st try or 2nd try. Maybe 5 points for 1st try and 3 for 2nd try and 1 point for 3rd try.
Round 1 = 1 point all 3attempts
Round 2 = 2 points all 3 attempts
Round 3 = 3 points attempt 1, 2 points attempt 2, 1 point attempt 1
Round 4 = 4 points attempt 1, 3 points attempt 2, 2 points attempt 3
Round 5 = 5 points attempt 1, 4 points attempt 2, 3 points attempt 3.
4 competitors, 5 rounds, 20 boards, 20 tricks, tricks and boards eliminated after each set of attempts, spin for either a random trick or random board, then competitor can pick the other option in an attempt to make the attempt as easy as possible to complete. Tricks and boards return for sudden death, both chosen at random, and eliminated after each round.

love the idea but i have a small tweak, 1st try gets 3 points, 2nd try gets 2 points, 3rd try gets 1 point and not landing in within 3 tries gets you no points

First try should give 2 points I think
Why not have every try be worth a point? So if you get the the trick on the first try, you get 3 points. If you do it on the 2nd try, you get 2 points. Basically, if you are behind, you can still catch up if you get first tries.
