My thoughts exactly I'm 44 relocating to Dallas feeling overwhelmed about where to move to in Dallas I don't care about bars and nightlife safety is my top priority as single women.
Thank you so much for this video, I am planning on visiting Dallas in 2 weeks, I will be in Irving. I might need a realtor if I decide to move there next year.
Richard, you don't have to drive anywhere if you live in Grapevine,TX either as "everything" is in Grapevine,TX and we live 3 miles or 5 minutes from north entrance to DFW. You can't say that about uptown.
Very true Richard but why are most of your excellent vids on Dallas side of Metroplex? Four million folks live west of DFW, 60% of DFW International is in Grapevine, TX, and Dallas,TX has no TexRail, Ft Wort does and it is big time. Tarrant county is also growing much faster than Dallas county.
@@VIPRealty I’m relocating to Dallas in the next month, and have a similar question for high level entrepreneurs, 45+ with strong Christian values. I love Preston Hollow, Highland/university parks. Are those good options too??
Great info sir! Am looking to move to Dallas later this year. Looking to rent and then buy a house. Would you happen to know if any apartments that have no breed restrictions? Have an English mastiff and I worry about most apartments saying no because of the dog. Thanks in advance
Any resources for remote jobs or entry level companies that have relocation assistance in Fort Worth? I live about 5 hours away but need a good paying job to transition from here to there. Thanks in advance!
@@VIPRealty I’ve been applying for jobs since February. Many jobs are misrepresenting or they find someone else. I have been on indeed, simply hired, linked in, monster, career builder… basically everything. All I’m trying to do is find a remote job I can work in Lubbock and keep in Fort Worth so I’m not unemployed when I move. It shouldn’t be this difficult :/
Hello, I am a single Afro-Hispanic, 49 yr old from NYC. I am looking to relocate & As a minority, where would you recommend an amazing area for me to live? I will like to feel comfortable & welcome & I don’t want to be afraid living somewhere I am not welcomed & as a single 49 yr old, where to meet & date?
Great video, however, I would love for you to showcase singles over 40 areas to live. Thank you…
Ill add to our future videos.

There's really no comparison between Uptown Dallas and Grapevine. I like Grapevine too, but complete different lifestyles / vibes.

Love uptown, now the only problem is the price and the noise...
lol. Some ares aren't as noisy.
Looking to relocate in the next couple of months. Can you recommend areas to live for single female, educated, professional, age- mid 50's?!?!
I personally like Downtown and Las Colinas. I'd live in Uptown Dallas too.

@@amyvanslambrook those are great areas to live in. You'll just need to take a short drive to get to the happening spots.
He aways having flashbacks about this topic 🤣😂

Every community is different. Give us a call when you're close to moving and we'll email you some listings.
Should I visit Texas before I just get up
And move
I did and fell in love , plan to move in the summer
Yes, visit it first and make sure Texas is for you.
I'm going to be transferring to the airport. What city is best for single and close to the airport?
I'd say Las Colinas.
good video
Thank you.

Can I get. Host in updown Dallas
Are there any neighborhoods for divorced 35+ single mom of a 12yr old? Looking to relocate this summer.
Id choose an area with great schools, things to do, etc. Frisco, Coppell & Plano would be my top choices.
Is there a gun range in these areas?
Oh yeah, plenty!
Good question
What about a nice gym?
No love for Lower Greenville?
That's a good spot too. 👍
Why not Bishop Arts?
That's a great area too. Just uploaded a video on Bishop Arts! ua-cam.com/video/I4SJzGpfqtY/v-deo.html
Hey
I think Deep Ellum is the hood, might not wanna go there
All types of people hang out in deep ellum
@@VIPRealty yeah but the people of TikTok say not to be there at night 😅
