- A little look at my 2016 Yamaha Tracer 900 (aka MT09 Tracer or FJ09 for those of you not in the UK). Lovely bike, well I think so anyway!

I have one of these fantastic bikes and I'm just coming up to 6000 miles on it. There's not much to fault really and what there is can be easily fixed. An MRA Double Bubble Screen is a vast improvement over the dreadful OEM. I've just fitted a Powerbronze Matte Black Beak which really enhances the look of the front. So impressed that I've ordered a matching Belly Pan from the same company. I'm looking forward to some long distance touring next summer.

Be careful with your key ring. They can catch the headlight housing and turn your bike off while riding. It happened to me once.

Nice bike mark!! How are you finding it so far looks like a good choice any major difference from regular mt09 engine wise?

I'm used to the hard seat I find it really comfy and I LOVE the thing!
The front and rear pre-load had been tweeked following a few people
saying it was too soft on the MT09. Engine wise is the same triple
cylinder 850cc lump but it is mapped a little differently I believe.
This thing is pretty pokey though! Tones of torque and will power
wheelie all day long in 1st and 2nd with the traction control turned
off..... Not that I have done that!
Thats saad for the zx9 it was such a clean bike!! But what a great upgrade...I knew you liked it hard haha...sounds like a fun bike and yeah try and keep that wheel down 😂😂
