That has literally been what a soulmate meant since the word was created. People have mixed up the meaning of twin flame and soulmate. A twin is someone you are related to, and a mate, except maybe in Australia, is someone you pair with romantically/sexually. The original definition of soulmate fits for someone you are meant to be with romantically, while "twin flame" fits for someone you see as family.

Regardless, what we know is that Garrett no longer publicly hangs out with the "Shane crowd" (thank god, most annoying group of people ever). I think that information should be satisfactory enough for anybody.

I watched this video over 3 different mornings after I came off my night shifts as a carer at the hospital. What you said about wanting to visit the elderly really touched me, I see so many elderly people daily and most of them are lonely and just want someone to talk to. You’re the best Garrett ❤

never be embarrassed of housing a spider !!!!! my roommates and i moved into our apartment this year and had an arachnid friend living behind our sink. he had a mansion of cobwebs and we loved him so much we didn’t even make him pay rent ! he lived with us for four months before my mom visited and subconsciously wiped the cobwebs away and i let out the most gut wrenching scream that has ever left my body. she immediately realized what she had done and almost fell to her knees in guilt and we comforted each other beneath my kitchen light. he never did return behind the sink, i fear we lost his trust but i know he’s in a new hidey hole somewhere and i feel safe. i miss seeing him dearly.

Last year I started running! And I am sort of horrible at maintaining new healthy habits, but I never really gave running a shot and it's honestly been incredible! I know it's definitely not for everyone, but for me it reminds me so much of what it felt like to play with every ounce of energy I had as a little kid, idk if that makes sense to other people. So maybe here's to finding hobbies that remind you of your favorite thing to do when you were little or something idk!! Don't worry about being good at them just have a blast!!!!

I was really happy to especially hear the part about you owning your body! Heck yes! As you should! It is a struggle for many to feel comfortable about themselves, myself included. But I'm working on it.
To answer your question at the end of the video, I try to set goals for myself every New Year.
This year, I want to take at least one solo trip to a European country I haven't been to before, I want to go for an early morning walk at least once a week (I have a bad habit of isolating myself due to social anxiety) and I'm determined to write, illustrate and publish my very first children's book before the end of 2024.
Keep doing what your doing Garrett! Your videos always put a smile on my face ❤

I am so cautiously hopeful for this year. so far i am 11 months sober, finished my first crochet project ever (a sweater,) and had my first ever prints made of my favorite art piece i’ve ever made (a sad clown girl) and sold over half of them in a day! i’m hoping to foster creativity like crazy this year!!

I am so proud of you for taking ownership of your body. I have also always been a larger person(especially as a girl), and I've been generally insecure about it. But in the past 6 monthes ive been building my confidence a lot, and I'm definitely excited to continue loving myself more. I have also been feeling very positive in the new year. I think a lot of good things are coming to all of us and all of our loved ones

@leannereilly thank you so much for the sweet reply ❤️ we can do this! I've found it helpful to break things down into steps and be as easy as possible on myself so I don't get as discouraged. If I jump in too quickly (like I usualy do) then I will become overwhelmed and quit. Doing it slow allows me to build habits slowly and not be so hard on myself.

2023 was a very tough and heartbreaking year for me. There were times I wanted to give up but I kept going and started going to therapy and have improved so much! Its a process and I still struggle but looking forward to working through everything one day at a time ❤ The Fool by Jain was prob one of my most played, I'd liaten to it to make myself just dance and be carefree and weightless from all the sadness I had been feeling.
