Season 6, Episode 5, "Dead Man's Curveball": After the hitting coach of Santa Barbara's minor league baseball team mysteriously drops dead, the team's manager hires Psych to investigate by having Shawn (James Roday) go undercover as the new hitting instructor and having Gus (Dule Hill) stepping in as the team mascot, the Seabird.

Psych Synopsis: "PSYCH" is a quick-witted dramedy about a young police consultant Shawn Spencer (James Roday, “The Dukes of Hazzard”) who solves crimes with powers of observation so acute that he’s convinced Santa Barbara PD detectives into thinking he's psychic. Raised in Santa Barbara by a family of cops, Shawn possesses uncanny powers of observation honed by his police officer father, Henry, who drilled young Shawn to note even the smallest of details from his surroundings as a way of grooming him for his inevitable career in the family business. With the reluctant assistance of his best friend Gus, Shawn uses his skills of observation and charismatic personality to become the detective he was trained to be, opening his own PI agency - Psych - and solving cases for an ever-suspicious, but grudgingly impressed, police force.

Shawn’s outrage at Gus stealing the “you killed him” line is justified, but given that Shawn is responsible for a gun being in Gus’s face, I guess it’s about even.😉😂
4:04 I thought he said "Rodriguez" so authentic and then I remembered that's James' actual last name
there is something so chaotic about this scene with everyone just showing up and confronting the killer at random
I think we all forget that through this show Gus and Shaw manage to fulfill their childhood dreams and fantasies wile the go through their adult lives but are still kids on the inside and also all the friends they make on the way they manage to bring out their inner child they show us that even though growing up is hard and there are times where you need to be serious it doesn’t mean that you can’t still make the best out of any situation you are in thank you guys for being you and also should I slice this up for the road 🍍
