I wished in the state of Virginia we had rules like that. If it is on the street you have the same rules. I leaned that the hard way. It cost me alot of money to make it state legal.

yes I think you could find groups for these, just be careful about the fb scammers out there that try to ruin good things, like I heard Facebook Marketplace was getting scammers, I think there are these Dune Buggy Sand Rail clubs in the south thanks for watching
