Real scene and translation, not a parody.
TRANSLATION (sorry my English):
MAGDA GOEBBELS: Come in.. Albert!
ALBERT SPEER: You have fever.
MAGDA: Albert, my heart can't take it.
SPEER: Magda, take the children with you and leave this place.
MAGDA: Leave? To where?
SPEER: I have told you, I can get you with a barge to Shwanenwerder. I can hide you, until it's over. It can't be long.
MAGDA: I have thought so much about it. I can't let my children grow up in a world without National Socialism.
SPEER: Think about it Magda. The children have their right to a future.
MAGDA: When the National Socialism idea is dead, there is no future.
SPEER: I can't believe, that you wish it to be this way.
MAGDA: Leave.
SPEER: I will come back, before I leave.
MAGDA: Leave.

Description:
Extended version of Speer checking on bedridden Frau Goebbels health.
First part is in the movie, second part is a deleted scene - where Speer has given Magda some time to think, if she want to try and save her children - or follow Hitler and her husband in death.
According to Speer himself, this version is more true to what really happened:
"Still in the long lobby, Speer met Colonel Stumpfegger, who told him that Magda Goebbels was now his patient. She was suffering from heart palpitations and fever....
He wanted to talk to Magda Goebbels alone...
Speer had in mind to rescue Magda and the children, by hiding them on a barge then float them to America..
Speer never got his chance to broach this daring escape plan. At Frau Goebbels bedroom door, in the bunker, he met her husband, Dr. Goebbels, who almost certainly knew what Speer had in mind, and didn't leave them alone to talk. So the conversation with Magda, was limited to polite inquiry about her state of health.
Speer stated that "the woman was close to a hysterical collapse".
Only towards the end of their talk, Speer recalls her confide "I am glad Harald (her eldest son) is at least alive".
Speer belived (along with most women in the bunker), even thirty years later, that Magda was not only suffering heart palpitations, but also emotional blackmailing from her husband.

That's part of the reason she killed her children. She also stated in the letter to her sister that the children would be hounded for what the NS did.

The deleted scene was more accurate from my understanding. Joseph Goebbels was present when Speer said his goodbye to Magda.
That isn't a deleted scene. That scene is in the film.
I own the film on DVD and have seen it many times both when it was playing at cinema and since on DVD. Perhaps it was deleted from the American version? b However, i can assure you it is in the version that came out in both Australia, where I saw it when it was released at the cinema, and Germany, where I was living when i bought the DVD...
There is deleted scene at the end of it. It is after Speer's conversation with Hitler. He came back to Magda for a last time.

Something very good looking about this woman. She has such a stern look about her. She looks like the kind of woman who wouldn't put out easily but when she does she ride you senseless.
She's Corinna Harfouch. Ironically, she became famous in Germany for her comic roles. Check her out in "Der Bewegte Mann": her sense of comedic timing is perfect.

@Mike V not as bad as being killed by your own mother. Also, the Russians found that Helga, the one who refused to drink the morphine, had a broken jaw which means she didn't die peacefully.
