(MANDU instead of China dumpling.) made of Bean+Meat & Vege.^^ Bon voyage~

      S. Korea don't required tips for service but you can give tip. It's not frown nor rude upon. They're shy about it but they're not used to accept tip. If you insist to give tip they'll appreciated. They're just shy about it and not used to getting a tip.

Thank you for sharing with us your street food tour in Seoul. The food seems nice and yummy. The price is a little bit pricey though but maybe it’s in a touristy area. Anyway, if it taste good it’s worth the bucks. The Soju actually have different kind of taste like peach, apple etc.. the one you drank is the original taste. Yes it goes well with fried food or snacks. Anyway hope you guys are enjoying Seoul and can’t wait to watch your next video. Take care and stay safe. Cheers!

The pancakes (jeon) you had were kimchi jeon (red one) and pajeon (green one - garlic chives). I recommend you also try haemul jeon (seafood pancake). Makgeolli (fermented rice wine) is the perfect pairing with jeon.

The white banchan that the woman called "cabbage" is actually baek kimchi - a refreshing not really spicy style of kimchi. I love to eat it in summertime. There are over 100 types of kimchi. The woman is 100% right about the styles of kimchi. Restaurants make their own kimchi and are usually judged by the quality of their kimchi.

Gwangjang market can be a bit more expensive versus other markets, but it is good for tourists as they get to try traditional Korean street food. Korean people call it a tourist trap because they know the prices are inflated for tourists. But if you are visiting Korea for only a few days, this is a great market to visit and try a lot of different foods all in one place.

Seaweed is called GIM in Korea. Korea probably consumes the most seaweed of any country in the world. To the Irish man I bought some dulsi? It was from Ireland and I believe it is seaweed-like with many nutrients.

@4:20 please don’t dip your dumplings into the communal sauce. The spoon is there for a reason. You ladle the amount of sauce you desire onto your plate.
Dipping your food into communal sauce bowls would be the Korean equivalent of spitting into a newly opened bottle of wine, twirling it around several times and then pouring it into glasses for your guests.

Spicy Korean food is not old traditional food, but modern korean food. Originally, the origal sauce for bibimbap, bibim guksu and tteokbokki are soy sauce, not chili one. And Origianl kimchi has no chili pepper podwer. Gamjatang, like today's galbitang and gomtang, was originally a dish made with a clear broth without chili peppers. And Dakgalbi and Jeyukbokem took off since 1980s-2000s. In Korea, meat is traditionally eaten grilled without seasoining or seasoned with soy sauce or soybean paste. Beef bulgogi, nebiani, and maekjeok are traditional Korean grilled meat dishes. Samgyetang and baeksuk are traditional Korean dishes made by boiling chicken with little seasoning. Spicy seasoned meat is a recent trend. Even today foods for Korean ancestral rites, Chuseok, and New Year's Day generally do not contain chili peppers.

서울 일반 동네 음식접 맛집을 추천드립니다.
지하철로 중심가에서 20분만 나가면 저렴하고 훨씬 깨끗하고 맛있는 음식점 많이 있습니다. 🫡

24:00 FYI: Traditional Chinese food is consumed using chopsticks since the use of utensils such as forks or knives is seen as barbaric in Chinese culture. This is why food is pre-sliced or chopped to size so portions can be picked up with chopsticks. And why you almost never see knives or forks at the table when eating in China.

When Korea changed to international age, I'm sure some teens were disappointed because they could drink as young as 17 international age, but would be 19 in Korean age. For example, if you were born on December 31, 2006, on January 1, 2007, you would have been two years old. But if you were born on January 1, 2007, you would have been one year old on January 1, 2007. So the person born on December 31 would have to wait an extra two years before being able to legally drink and the person born on January 1 would have to wait an extra year to be abe to legally drink . For the person born on December 31, they would have been considered 19 years as of January 1, 2024 under the previous Korean age system. But now both people are considered 17 years old today after they changed the age system this year.

I sincerely hope that you will come back to China again. I am from Anhui, China. If you come to China again, I would like to take you on a tour of Anhui. Huangshan Mountain in Anhui, China is very famous and I'm sure you have heard of it. Now foreigners can visit Huangshan Mountain at half price, which is around $12 USD. I will also take you to Hefei, the fastest-growing city in China's economy, which is widely recognized as the city of new energy vehicles. You can see very advanced autonomous driving new energy vehicles there. And Volkswagen has established Volkswagen Anhui specifically to produce Volkswagen's new energy vehicles in Hefei. By the way, I would like to seriously learn English with you, haha.

South Korea and Japan are both small and simple countries, and their eating habits have largely inherited Chinese food, but they cannot fully achieve the same variety as China. Chinese food is the most dishes I have eaten abroad. I really want to see you continue to travel in many unknown cities in China, because China's prices are too attractive and people are too enthusiastic! China may have the best food in Asia or even the most in the world! Will continue to enjoy your different countries to post different food and see!

Looking at these articles, China seems to have no answer. Their culture is not Han Chinese culture, but a culture dominated by Mandu and Mongols. Even the remaining Han Chinese culture is a country where Mao has burned down. Xi Jinping is doing the same thing. It is always said to be a big country, but that large population does not confront the oppression and absurdity of the Communist Party. 한국은 작은 인구로 중국에 맞서 고유의 문화를 지켜온 나라이고 유일하게 가장 가난한 나라에서 선진국이 된 나라입니다
