Sometimes I can fully enjoy the 'journey' with Kay and contemplate the human condition. Otherwise she can make me feel like my sub par cooking skills are actually okay, or can frustrate me to the point I lose my shit and yell at her the whole way through

When I translate it to German it seems correct. But you have to fold the pastry multiple times while rolling it flat that it gets its special texture. This way its just like a dough for a pie and doesn't crumble.

How difficult is it to watch videos on how to make croissants, you say you go by videos you’ve watched, surely they show you how to roll them, you also used puff pastry which is not what croissants are made from. Croissants are sweet and pastry contains no sugar! You had the triangle part right, but you roll them you don’t fold them. Plus, what’s with the ton of margarine, you still overcooked them in the end as usual anyway, just spray the pan or use parchment paper. This was so wrong from the start! 🤬
THIS is the way Kay makes them. Sure we could watch Martha Stewart make them, but guess what? We don't watch Martha Stewart because she doesn't make videos that are culinary perfection like Kay does. Her food can't be half bad, Lee is still alive and kicking!
