      @@JS-dt1tn A National Third Amendment Summit would be funny. There’s no 3A jurisprudence or tradition (which is probably a good thing if you think about it - we’ve never had a problem of troops quartering in people’s homes.)
      I can safely describe myself as a Third Amendment expert 😁 There’s no cases to study.
