  • Join me for this 35 min Standing Abs Cardio Workout, and let's strengthen our abdominal muscles, while also breaking a good sweat! This workout targets the waist and abs using cardio & toning exercises. Get a smaller waist by increasing your calorie deficit & performing waistline toning exercises. A caloric deficit will lead to fat loss, including belly fat loss! Do this 35 min ab home workout for a smaller waist & flat belly/flat stomach and see your body transform. You can do this workout for 14 days and create your own challenge, to help you include more core work in your routine!
    This workout will target the entire core from a standing position leading to stronger muscles and a tighter waistline. Make sure you keep your abs contracted (pulled in) throughout this entire workout, and focus on feeling every exercise in the core!
    REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.

    This was the most fun & best standing ab workout maybe ever!
    Your reminder to contract my abs really helped (you’d think after 7+ years of cardio would help me remember but nope 😅) & I felt this was the most effective standing ab workout I’ve done!
    I could do so many time stamps of my favourite moves but let me just say ALL was great, & I even got that rare endorphin rush I always want!!

    Wow I just loved this workout... Not extra intense like a HIIT workout but effective toning moves... This is right up my ally... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 293 calories... I also completed 3,605 steps in this workout...

    I’m not the biggest fan of aerobic workouts, but I really enjoyed this. It’s not so intense that beginners or people who haven’t worked out in a while can’t do it and I was sweating by the end!

    I wanted to ask, how many days is it going to take to have a flat tummy for people who are skinny-fat? I'm aboout 64 kg or something like that, is doing it atleast about a week, possible for a flat tummy. Pls reply this would motivate me so much. I really want to know👏🏻💜❤

      I think you might see progress in 2 weeks if you are consistent. Remember to keep your abs contracted and focus on feeling the burn in your abs and core!
