Dover used other chimes besides the Dover Buzz up until the ThyssenDover era, it's just the Buzz became more common in the Early to Mid 90s. Regarding the brailles though, you are correct
@@FloridianElevators So you found a late 90s Dover with the beep floor passing chime? You may have found an older Dover that had parts replaced later or by Thyssenkrupp
thanks for video custom dover impulse is my favorite
very nice hotel and elevators!:)
I love how it sounds when two chimes with one off tone chime sounds at the same time
I agree. I think they harmonize very well.
This is EPIC!!!!!! dad loves glass lifts!
Wow!! These elevators are Awesome !
The down chime in the second elevator is very nice and different.
did these used to have us with the square buttons or the circle buttons
And it Does Sound Like An Otis Chime
Epic Lift
I think the internal ones are slower than the glass ones cause I filmed both the internal and glass elevators when I stayed there
JimLiElevators also filmed these. Can you visit the Hyatt Regency in Louisville
These elevators are modernized by Thyssenkrupp
This mod is definitely before the mid-90s. Otherwise the door control labels would be black and it would have the Dover buzz as floor chime

The interior was beautiful but these lifts have since been refurbished again by Thyssenkrupp
They used to be US then Dover and now Thyssenkrupp.
These elevators have sadly since been modernized by ThyssenKrupp with MAD BS Classic.
