Greetings, I have a question regarding my immigration process. Approximately two and a half years ago, I applied for an EB-3 unskilled worker visa and received the necessary approvals from the Department of Labor and the immigration authorities. My case has been under review at the National Visa Center (NVC) for nearly five months now. I’d like to know if the recent election of Mr. Trump could potentially impact my immigration case in any way. Thank you for your guidance.

I just checked this morning and Visa Bulletin for December 2024 has no movement for all immigrant visas. Will unskilled EB-3 visa be faster under Donald Trump? Thank you
Hii, Me and my family is living in Texas. We applied for asylum last year and now we pending asylees. Would u be kind to answer my couple of questions please... 1.As pending asylees can we apply for EB3 and do adjustment of status? 2. I'm Indian national and my wife is South African national , can i(Indian national)apply for eb3 under wife's nationality? As we were looking for eb3 we found a lawyer doing eb3 who has office near by. As per him , asylees can do adjustment of status and an Indian national can be main applicant and process time can be of south African national because I'm married to one. Please can u help me answering these questions .I don't want him to take my hard earn money or hardly earning money by fooling me and my family. Thanking you in advance.
