Play on low sensitivity like 9/9 or 10/10. I do not recommend playing on higher sens than 11/11. Your aim will improve so much playing on low sens. I don't know if you play controller or not so all my suggestions are coming from a controller player (like me). Reroute your A button (Xbox) or X button (PlayStation) on your controller to your left stick click button. What this does is causes you to be able to slide cancel quickly for smooth movement. Last thing is for if you play on PC or not. If you do play on PC use 120 FOV and switch it from 120 Independent to 120 Affected under the General Tab on Warzone in the settings.
