Question related to interior decoration: Some of the decoration have buff that can be used when interacting. Will using the buff reduce the durability of the item? What happen if it become 0? Still usable as decoration but can't use buff anymore?

YES your interior point still there, but you cant use those item for buff anymore

that witch will spawn on all server except Arsha and Olvia server
I've a question, i just realized that i had this journal log and one from the valentines day, can i still do them in 2024?
Yes you can but that an Event Journal and only can be done when the event is active again in future
