- Happy Easter!! I'm so glad I can get back in the park and check out all the new updates! Also, surprisingly, I found out they have upgraded their food quality! Seasoned fries and a better bun? yeah, and I got to visit the Dolphins!
The weather was great and the park was full. Couldn't have asked for a better day at six flags discovery kingdom!

I'm glad to see you doing a new video. It looks like they are making a few changes there. I know that the Six Flags Elitch gardens here in Denver are looking for a new home. It probably is going to move out by Denver International. Hope you had a great Easter with the family.

It's still in operation. I think it was getting some work done when I was there but it's still around.
I went to the park 2 weeks ago. When I was riding The Joker, I saw they had the Boomerang trains laying around

Would be pretty cool if they could run the train to make a trip around the entire park similar to Disney just smaller.
That would be pretty cool! The train would go over the entrance of the park. People wave at people entering the park. Similar to Disney for sure.

Lol yes! Blame Kevin haha I'm excited for sea otters! Hopefully it's a cool exhibit they make for them. As far as the job, I'm working full time at FedEx which is okay. Just scary not having any benefits. I had a phone interview today. I think it went well so we'll see! 🤞

That's funny you mentioned this! I was actually thinking about checking that out this last trip lol I saw a few things while on the bus. It's kinda like a graveyard for the park.
I remember you mentioning this last time. I'll drive back there next visit and take a gander.
I hope the merge with Cedar Fair will make it closer into the park it used to be. Compared to how it was back in its peak, the current Discovery Kingdom is a very poor excuse. The last time I went was summer 2022 and haven't been back since because the experience was so disappointing.... I couldn't even get a proper meal because all they have is snacks and garbage. Their main attractions seem to be the big roller coasters which create long lines because there is nowhere else for people to disperse. Shows are severely lacking; at one point they had acrobats instead of just animals in the Golden days. It looks like they are slowly but surely putting in more things.Your opinion might be completely different from mine

No, I completely agree! The park felt so much more alive back then. There was so much going on. Show after show and so many cool things to see! Once they started focusing on the rides, I felt like everything else kinda got left behind 😕
I went a few days ago. And let me tell you, it looks so much better than it did in Summer 2022!

We went the first weekend of spring break on Saturday. The Joker was down all day. Everything the kids wanted to do was closed. We are probably going back on the 14th to see if the Joker is open. My little one loves it.

It's usually open when we go. Last time we brought family and my nephew wanted to ride it. He still hasn't ridden it. We have been on the Joker a ton. Favorite ride in the park 😊

Medusa is good but my kids either can't ride it or won't. Joker has so much airtime though. RMC makes a great coaster 😊
