I know this a west based program, us whitetail guys Midwest and south, especially interested in what middle aged guys can do, I’m 52 and in so so shape. What would be a good program for climbing in and out of stands, bow hunting, dragging deer out etc and an eating plan for us guys over 40. My body has changed a lot when I hit 50 and want to continue to hunt hard till I’m 70. A home based program for the working man would be great, I do have weights and I lift but not consistent at it with the work schedule. Any advice for us old guys?
