I need some help. Why did you subtract 22 from 7+14x? On number 11 I did: 10(7+14x) which gave me 70+140x. Then 25*22=550. Then subtract 70 from both sides leaving me with 140x=480. Then divide by 140 on each side. And comes out as x=3.428571429 or 24/7 as a fraction. What did I do wrong?
U have to subtract 22 from 7+14x to get that indiviual side. Then, you would multiply 10 to (7=14x-22). From there you could solve the equation. Hope that helps.
