Literally sat in class for nearly an hour listening to my geometry teacher and taking notes but had no idea how to do it. I watch you do 3 problems and have it down. I hate geometry with a passion okay bye.
I literally sit in class try to solve a problem and listening to my geometry teacher for atleast 50 min not knowing what she’s saying but watching u literally have helped me so much and I have geometry so much like I’m never gonna like it ever
This really just helped me. I literally just watched about 5 videos and didn't understand, and then I watch you do 2 problems and got it. Thank you so much.
Thank you for your help, your videos are very useful...Without your help I would be lost with the teaching of my "teacher/Sub"...🤗I am glad to now be able to understand this....💞
I've always been good at geometry but I've been online and the internet at my school hasn't been working so my teachers calls are always delayed hard to hear and fuzzy so theses videos are very helpful
To simplify square roots, we want to pull out any perfect squares. So sqrt(12) can be written as sqrt(4*3), where 4 is a perfect square. That can then be changed to 2 *sqrt(3). But sqrt(2*6) cannot be simplified because those factors are not perfect squares.
Special right triangle: 45-45-90 or 30-60-90 always have the ratios explained in this video. Here is a video for working specifically with radicals in equations,: ua-cam.com/video/TJct6AGxVTI/v-deo.html&list=PLD7NSlqW6HTGDhLkT5T71rw1e5m9xgFxq Let me know if you need anymore help!

I am glad I was able to help. Let me know if you have any questions. Sometimes seeing the material a second time makes it easier to learn.
Thank you for spending your time making these videos they are really helping me.
Thank you for taking the time to comment!
I have always been confused and struggled with geometry especially with the way my teacher teaches I owe you a lot for helping me understand geometry

You're a lifesaver, thank you so much for this video, it really helps me understand it better
Glad I could help!

Yay! So glad I could help clear things up!
Thank you so much, ive really been struggling in geometry but this helps a bunch
So glad I could help you out!
thank u i was struggling alot with my geo homework ur the best :)
Thanks! 😊

I'm so glad I can help! ☺️
really good thanks ... a thousand times !!!
Thanks for the comment!
U helped me pass omg tysm
Thank you, really helped!
Glad it helped!
thank you so much for the help
You're welcome!
@ 3:02 why did u turn it into X (squared) + X (squared), what happened to the Y ?
Since the triangle is a 45-45-90, the two sides are the same. X is equivalent to Y. So y squared is equal to x squared.
Because they equal the same thing.

very very helpful
Thanks!
thank you so much
You're welcome!
Big help
Glad I could help!
for number 5 would it matter if we put 2(y) to the second power or would it be considered wrong
That would be fine! They are equivalent so it doesn't matter which on you use. Great question!!
Tank you tank you!!!
No problem!
Why can't you spilt up the square root of 12, by the square root of 2 and 6? Question: #6
@@MaeMap thanks
Thanks
No problem!
On number 5, if I got 6√2 over 2 how do I simplify to get 3√2?
(I was tough a bit differently so I just don't know how to get to that step)
6√2 over 2 is the same as 6 over 2 times √2
and 6 over 2 = 3, therefore, we have 3 times √2 = 3√2
@@MaeMap Thank you! Makes much more sense now :)
Say we were working number 2. Instead of 4, we put 7. When you square 7 then get 49, you get a decimal when you try to do that in half. What do I do?
That should be fine. Either leave it as a decimal or exact number.
i have the same exact math worksheet rn
Why you divided by 2
Which problem number?
I'm really confused with the square root please can you show me different way please thanks again and again.

god bless u my teacher doesn’t explain right😢
Who else is here because their teacher made them watch this ?
I owe you a lot, thanks for helping me out. Keep doing what you're doing.
Thank you!
@ 3:02 why did u turn it into X (squared) + X (squared), what happened to the Y ?
It’s a little late but they did that because y=x it is just substitution in order to get the answer
