This was cool seeing this take shape. My birthday today too and I also do metal detecting. Spent the day digging up a Roman hoard of coins 81 coins so far. Don't get many days like that. Some great books mentioned Gavin. Happy reading to you.
Thanks for making this tag- had me scouring the shelves. And happy birthday! That’s a proper find: I only ever managed one Roman coin in the back garden when I was a toddler. Which emperor? Hadrian?
Thanks for the tag! I'm going to have to think about this one a bit.
Have fun with it, look forward to seeing the results.
Some great books here! I've already started compiling my answers to this one.
Thanks! I look forward to see your choices.
Brilliant choices for this tag, Gavin! I almost picked Jude the Obscure for the prompt about a quest that destroys the character's life, but I decided on Frankenstein instead. All of your book choices are really smart and creative choices. Well done. I tagged you on this tag too--just because I seem to have to tag you on every tag that I do, even though I knew that Reading Ideas had already tagged you on the original. You can just ignore my tagging! 😊
Thanks Pat - you go ahead and tag me anytime!
