Tellilah, ok for the modified vid....no twists, and should a yoga mat slip on a bare floor? lol, it takes me just as long to get down to ground as half the exercise time, same as getting up. anyway lifting buttocks is fine just no crunches. thx, kimmi

suggestion for older people, have something tall enough by you to hold onto if needed. which my slippery mat did hv me worried....lol
