I'm just interested what software was used here, since i work strictly with Trackers and 90's quality samples, I'm thinking of migrating to more Professional software and higher quality samples.
This sounds great! It gives off the feel of a Sonic/Persona crossover. Like Sonic and the Phantom Thieves have just busted into a base to bust out the Investigation Team in the fight against Eggman.

Personally, I associate this song more with Act 1 of the Sky Base Zone. The lightning bolts you have to dodge makes it feel especially ominous.
