I am a Cajun. Just to you were real close. The only thing a Cajun would have done differs. They would have let the seasoning brown more before adding the chicken stock and added more seasoning. But I was real impressed with your recipe. I see people posting Cajun this and Cajun that and not even get close.but if you were happy with your result do not change a thing.
Okay! Kiona I made this but, it didn't look like this Lol. I think I put too much Heavy whipping cream, because my friend always wants it really juicey.
