halloween in shibuya has actually been cancelled this year due to the rise in obnoxious people and things getting out of hand. They wanted to avoid the same situaiton that happened in incheon, Korea last year. Lots of people still showed up tho.

Compared to the years before this was so lame but I guess they had to do something about it because you know at any moment someone could just do bad things and maybe they did happen last year and the year before you know if one individual gets hurt over a Halloween thing that's that happened last year then it's not worth it you know so I guess they did have to put up some more preventative measures and it ruined the fun if you think about it but if you think about it really clearly the party and should happen at designated clubs who will host the events you know and you know the Shibuya Crossing crap is just a public Street area to go from where you need to go to the and perhaps take a little photos but for the most part you know any real events should be held at their designated places such as a club or you know or a restaurant that holds such parties
