    Thank you for sharing this!! Your technique helped me render my best bowl of matcha yet. With a bit of care, absolutely zero lumps and perfect temperature.

    The first time I tried to make the matcha, I used hot water from the start. It was lumpy. I tried your method and the tea was really smooth.

    hey i love your green tea videos! just a little advice, I would like you to be able to record and talk while you prepare your tea, as well as talk about the taste and smell itself, that would be very interesting!🍵

    Thank you very much for taking the time to record this video. I'm from Brazil and I started drinking matcha and I really like it.
    But I wanted to learn how to do it in the best way possible.
    I don't have the mixer yet, so I have to make do with other options. =)
    Again, thank you.

    Thank you so much for showing us and teaching us this. I just opened up my to go Coffee location and we have Matcha and I’ve been looking for videos on how to master this foaming method and now I have learned and will implement. Thank you.

    I would really like to know more about the differences between the products.
    I noticed that there are several options: culinary, ceremonial, premium, pure, etc.
    Could you talk more about this?

    thank you for this video! for an iced matcha latte, you would just pour the room temp/matcha blend into a glass of milk over ice and skip the boiling water step?

    • @tealife7605
      @tealife7605  22 дні тому +1

      It depends on how you like it - if you want to layer the Matcha on top of the latte as the 'top layer', boiling the water and whisking it (with reduced amount of boiling water) will help keep the Matcha on top. Otherwise, I would swap the boiling water step with room temperature water (again with reduced amount of water) and pour that into the latte. For both cases, I would keep the additional water less.

    I just ordered my first matcha set and I’m very excited for it to arrive. The bowl in my set has a spout on it. I noticed some bowls don’t have a spout. Am I supposed to pour the tea into another cup because there’s a spout or drink straight from the bowl?? Thank you any advice would be appreciated.

    • @tealife7605
      @tealife7605  14 днів тому +2

      Congrats on your first Matcha set! We welcome you to your journey. :) Regarding the spout - generally, if you are drinking pure Matcha like in this video, you'll be drinking right out of the bowl. In this case, you don't need a spout. However, If you're making Latte where you prepare the Matcha and pour it into another cup which has milk and ice, it helps that there is a spout. Same for say like a Matcha Affogato. It'll be easier to pour the whisked Matcha onto the ice cream with the spout. Hope this answers!

    I do this as well (though I used warm water throughout). Never have to sift the powder. No clumps, even with low quality matcha powder. I heard cold water helps tone down the bitterness and astringency so I might try that next time.

    I have a secret matcha technique as well. It involves the mixing of my girlfriend's perspiration, adds a very pleasant umami flavour 😊
