Morel cleaning instructions
soak morels whole or cut in salt water for 1-2 hours. Dry and store in zip lock bag

Morel cooking instructions
cut morels into halves or quarters.
bread morels in flour (I used GF flour but any flour will work)
Fry in butter until you get a crispy crust.
