Yes, we have a lot of restaurant owners that buy our Chemical. The best way to use it if you’re a restaurant is to put about a gallon of the grease eater into a 40 gallon garbage can designated for Filter soaking and just let them soak overnight, once a week when you clean them and the grease will fall off by itself by the next day. That garbage can solution should last you all month long. You can order some at www.mfstradeschool.com under exhaust Hood Cleaning chemicals or I can share with you a link below. It’s concentrated so you can use it for anything grease related in the kitchen..

@meta5291 unfortunately you cannot use steam to clean a kitchen exhausted system. You would only clean 3 inches at a time and it will take you forever to clean an entire kitchen exhausted system. Steam is great for cleaning kitchen appliances, but not for the exhausted system. For that you need a hot water pressure washer at least 4 gallons of minute and 4000 psi along with a strong commercial chemical like grease eater.
@MFSTradeSchool we do have degreaser but the pressure washer we have is rated up to 1750psi but part of the vents, some of that stuff is really stuck on & even 1750psi isn't enough to cut through it

And come on show the power washer hid some more stuff to make it look so easy crazy !!
I will say, this stuff works way better if you use a foamer. I've been hood cleaning since 2019, and we found that foaming it helps it stick on better and longer while still eating the grease. I did learn however, that it can still eat at your skin if you leave it on too long. I had some on my arm for some time before I realized it, then when I went to wipe it off, it took two layers of skin with it. It was only an area about the size of a 50¢ piece on my elbow, but give it enough time it can eat through skin. But like I said, I didn't realize it was there and it was there for I'm guessing several minutes. Anyways, this stuff is great. Doesn't always come off the first swipe with super thick grease, but it eats it off really good layer by layer.👍
Yes the Grease Eater has chemicals in it which if you use a foamer sprayer it will make it foam and stick to vertical and horizontal surfaces. You can purchase a foamer sprayer on our website on this link: www.exhausthoodcleaningschool.com/shop/hood-cleaning/foam-sprayer

Of course you should use a respirator with any degreasing chemical. It’s made from potassium hydroxide. But we teach to work with the fan on so that way all the vapors get drawn out. You can use clamps as weights in the back of the plastic to hold it down so the fan doesn’t suck it up.
It will work on any exhaust hood system that has grease. If however there is any aluminum on the metal than you do not want to leave it for more than five minutes because it will edge or discolor the aluminum, possibly even melting and if you’ve left it for hours. But if it’s stainless steel or galvanize steel, you can leave it literally four hours and nothing will happen. Accept a great amount off.

A few years ago we change the color of Grease Eater to match the green logo. It is the same formula which is our private label. If you have any other questions please feel free to call us at 407-509-1449.
You can use it on concrete or anywhere that there is grease or oil that you want to remove. However you have to remember that if the concrete has soaked up the oil or grease it can never be removed unless you paint over the concrete because concrete is very porous. If you have any questions please feel free to call me direct at our office at 407-732-4625

You can also visit or call our office in Sanford Florida at 407-732-4625 and buy it over the phone with any major credit card. We have several other handheld battery operated guns that you may be also interested in with various prices.
Yes you can put grease Eater on concrete to get rid of grease that is on top of the concrete. But do not expect it to go inside the concrete and remove the stain. Once the oil is inside the porous concrete, nothing will get it out except painting over it. Do not use it on the concrete walls of homes where there is paint, because it will strip the paint
And the answer is that we are using a potassium sodium hydroxide with surfactants that actually slow down the process for the first minute giving you time to rinse it off if it goes on you without burning you. That’s of course when it’s diluted with water. When it’s concentrated a single drop will burn you. Most products in the market right now are made using sodium hydroxide which is very fast acting and instantly burns you even if it’s diluted with water. That’s why ours is different and better
We are also coming up next week with Grease Eater booster chips that can make the formula much stronger by adding potassium hydroxide chips. That’s for stubborn Grease were you really wanna hit it hard.
If you have any further questions please feel free to call me, Christos, anytime directly on my cell at 407-509-1449. I am the founder of the company and this private label.
Yes it has to be at least 4000 PSI to be able to properly clean restaurant kitchen exhaust grease. We sell the MitM hot water pressure washer 4000 PSI at a reduced price of $4800. Most dealers sell it at $6,500 has a lot of great features and you can find them on our website and see a video of the machine at www.mfstradeschool.com
If the filters are aluminum the Turbo nozzle can bend or break them especially if you have over 4 gallons per minute and over 4000 PSI. But you should be OK with stainless steel or galvanized filters. You can also use your yellow tip instead of a turbo nozzle or a steam tip if your machine does wet steam.
I clean them by hand with no pressure washer. And if it weren't for an exceptional degreaser they would never come clean.!! It's not easy and takes more time than I like with out the pressure washer, but the job gets done weekly!
There is no licensing required just certification from a trade school that is approved by the jurisdiction that you will be working in. An average cleaning right now is about $600 and it’s done by two people working for about four hours a night. So two jobs per night can be accomplished by one crew of two people. You have to figure out the rest of how much money you can make because it depends how aggressive you are and how you will grow your business. I can tell you this…companies like HOODZ and Triple B that make over 1 million a year with multiple crews.
It’s a MitM machine 4000 psi 3.9 gallons a minute and belt driven with auto start and thermostat and 250° west steam. Dealers typically charge $1000 more than we do. It’s listed in our website at $6900. You can see it at www.mfstradeschool.com
The chemical might b cool but with that pressure those filters ain’t stand a chance anyway I use a power washer bout half that pressure and my stuff comes out jst as clean and sparkly 😂😂😂
You double the concentration of the Grease Eater, 4 cups per gallon of water, let it sit for 10 minutes for tough grease, and use a turbo nozzle and crank up the heat on your pressure washer to about 200 - 230 degrees. that should do the trick.
So that is a good question. It’s not an acid, It’s a strong soap and if you add 2 cups of vinegar to your waste water garbage can where it’s catching the grease of the hood, which is already PH7 you literally will have burger juice. But besides that they waste water from our garbage cans when we clean a hood system goes right into, the grease traps on the floor of the restaurant which has a big tank which gets pumped quarterly or two times a year as needed. That is then turned into Biodiesel and separated. If you’re cleaning filters outside, you can use and you should use absorbent snakes to catch the grease runoff, so nothing goes into the environment. if you have any questions feel free to give me a call at 407-509-1449.
Well you are right and wrong at the same time. So in order to clean the tough grease you need three things: 1) A power washer, 2) Heat, 3) a degreasing chemical.
If God existed all along before Noah, Moses and Isaiah and they only worshipped the unseen monotheistic God and accepted that fact without a question. And a couple of centuries after Jesus death someone made him son of a God. Even though he never explicitly said in Bible that he is the ultimate God of the world's and unseen realm. 🤔
Holly cow it looked effortless. These things are a pain in my neck having my kitchen Crew clean these things.

This is amazing how do I get this chemical. I'm in Nigeria, Africa.
You can get everything in the shop section on www.mfstradeschool.com. Problem is you would have to cover shipping. Or we might be able to ship it to you in powder form.
Or we might be able to ship it to you in a 55 gallon drum anywhere in the world. If you're interested in becoming an agent, you can sell our product all over Africa. We can give you a licensing agreement.
What is the name of the chemical?
MFS Grease Eater. You can find it at www.exhausthoodcleaningschool.com/shop/hood-cleaning/hood-degreaser-4-gal-case
55 gallon drum how much it cost
I am from Bangladesh
Unfortunately, we can’t sell a 55 gallon drum because it’s hazmat to another country bought. We have a powder that we can sell worldwide. Feel free to call me or send me a message on my WhatsApp number at 407-509-1449.
I love how you demo your product on the easiest grease. How about a demo on a neglected hood with 5 fryers underneath?
Luke thank you for your comments and I understand 100% what you are saying. I’m tough neglected hot systems yes it’s gonna be a little tougher and sometimes you may need to spray chemical twice or crank up the heat and your hot water heater. But the chemical is the bomb I’ve been using it for over 20 years and we have hundreds of hood cleaners that are using it and buying it by the 55 gallon drum loads. You could always make it stronger or you can use the Grease Eater Ninja which is twice as strong. If you have any questions feel free to call our office at 407-732-4625 or visit our website at www.mfstradeschool.com

The pH is between 13.5 and 14.
Thank you
how come the one that yall sent me was not red? it was green
A few years ago we change the color of Grease Eater to match the green logo. It is the same formula which is our private label. If you have any other questions please feel free to call us at 407-509-1449.
Can I use that Chemical on concrete at the restaurant
You can use it on concrete or anywhere that there is grease or oil that you want to remove. However you have to remember that if the concrete has soaked up the oil or grease it can never be removed unless you paint over the concrete because concrete is very porous. If you have any questions please feel free to call me direct at our office at 407-732-4625
To get pricing on any of our tools and equipment or chemicals please feel free to visit our website at www.mfStradeschool.com. There is a sale going on in October right now with 20% off. We have several other handheld battery operated guns that you may be also interested in with various prices.

@@MFSTradeSchool Thank you
What is the chemical of this stuff
Liquid potassium chloride
Where do I purchase this In Edmonton, Alberta Canada
Can u put that on concrete?
Yes you can put grease Eater on concrete to get rid of grease that is on top of the concrete. But do not expect it to go inside the concrete and remove the stain. Once the oil is inside the porous concrete, nothing will get it out except painting over it. Do not use it on the concrete walls of homes where there is paint, because it will strip the paint
Hi MFS - looks like a great product but pardon my ignorance, what in particular separates this from other caustic substances in regards safety?
That’s a very good question
Our concentrated formula is between 13.5 pH and 14 PH which is the highest you can go.
If you have any further questions please feel free to call me, Christos, anytime directly on my cell at 407-509-1449. I am the founder of the company and this private label.
your gun pressure is also very powerful
Yes it has to be at least 4000 PSI to be able to properly clean restaurant kitchen exhaust grease. We sell the MitM hot water pressure washer 4000 PSI at a reduced price of $4800. Most dealers sell it at $6,500 has a lot of great features and you can find them on our website and see a video of the machine at www.mfstradeschool.com
If you have any questions please feel free to call me at 407-509-1449
Haven't been yelled at yet by a customer for breaking their filters? Interesting. Never use a turbo nozzle on filters.
Those style filters can handle more abuse
@@731u.s.a5 Doesn't mean they still can't break.
@@sixcolors4226 those type of filters are made to take it
Those baffles* won’t break from a turbo nozzle..
What is the chemical?
It’s our own private label called Grease Eater
I love this video demo, I'm from Singapore I'll love to have this camicle for my business use.
Go to www.mfstradeschool.com in the shop section. Order it in the 55 gallon drum to be more cost effective for you. Call our office 407 732-4625.
Looks like the pressure washer did all the work
Only because he applied the degreaser. Some stuff takes more than just water
I think the chemical helped loosened it though, because grease can be tough.
I clean them by hand with no pressure washer. And if it weren't for an exceptional degreaser they would never come clean.!! It's not easy and takes more time than I like with out the pressure washer, but the job gets done weekly!
Stfu you don’t know nothing
How much money is in this if a person is licensed and certified.
Nice informative video 👍
Can I get this?
You can get everything in the shop section on www.mfstradeschool.com.
Let's try the same in a Chinese, Mexican or Southern restaurant
That was good. What was the psi on the jet wash? Because I’m looking to buy a jet wash and that looked good 👍👍
It’s a MitM machine 4000 psi 3.9 gallons a minute and belt driven with auto start and thermostat and 250° west steam. Dealers typically charge $1000 more than we do. It’s listed in our website at $6900. You can see it at www.mfstradeschool.com
Good information can we tell us with a good chemical for cleaning concrete and Dick
The chemical might b cool but with that pressure those filters ain’t stand a chance anyway I use a power washer bout half that pressure and my stuff comes out jst as clean and sparkly 😂😂😂
Wow 👌
Thank you for the compliment brother. If you ever need to get a hold of me, you can reach me at 407-509-1449. Our website is www.mfstradeschool.com.
Would love a video of it working on caked up grease or chinese grease....
You double the concentration of the Grease Eater, 4 cups per gallon of water, let it sit for 10 minutes for tough grease, and use a turbo nozzle and crank up the heat on your pressure washer to about 200 - 230 degrees. that should do the trick.
What about the chemical being safe for the environment
Now let’s see this on some Asian restaurant
For the Asian restaurants, you will need our Grease Eater Ninja
What kind of pressure washer are you using?
I thinking the power wash cleaned it not the chemicals
Well you are right and wrong at the same time. So in order to clean the tough grease you need three things: 1) A power washer, 2) Heat, 3) a degreasing chemical.
Hello Sir. Your videos create employment to many. Pls give your website details are your mail ID to get in touch with you Sir. 🙏🙏
Why do you just say “chemical” instead of saying the actual name of the chemicals?
A reminder the God loves you and Jesus died for your. sins💓. ( not tryna force. )
👍👍🌹🌹
Would that work on concrete oil stains
What is chemical name plz I need to clean my restaurant.
