    Hi to the very posh lady, I wanted to leave a comment for all those people whom leave a thumbs down on this page. Firstly if this is not your thing ride on by because you obviously have no taste or manners. Do you understand how much of this lady is in the video that she so kindly puts together for those of us that enjoy her work. This is a no pay situation and to create just one video takes a lot of time and patience. I for one are extremely grateful to have found such a talented artist who is willing to share of themselves this way. So to all the thumbs down crowd. WALK ON BY kind regards to all those that love and appreciate your work.yours Paul from London

      Paul, my friend, thank you so much for your awesome and well said comment. Unfortunately, there will always be that segment of society that lack manners, does not play well with others, are pushy/overbearing and just all around rude. Because people like this have been addressed directly by me and blocked by me, they act out with a thumbs down. I’m sure it makes them feel good, but because they are truly irrelevant they can never matter to me. I second your “Walk on by”! Thanks again for all of your wonderful support. I appreciate you❤️❤️

    These are SO cute! I love your Skinny series of items. There are many crafters on UA-cam that show how to make things, but what sets your videos apart from others is the precision of your pieces which comes from your exact measurements, the explanation on how to get the look you’re trying to achieve, and then at the end of every video you have one of my favorite things-a list with links of all the items you use! I really appreciate the time you put into making these videos. Thank you!

    I don't do craft fairs but I will be making a few for my own home (garage, laundry room, kitchen) because you know the ridiculous scrapbook paper stash has kitchen, tool and laundry themed paper....LOL). I used to say I couldn't use up all this paper in a lifetime, but now with your help..........there is hope! Thank you from a very grateful subscriber.

    This is an awesome craft fair idea, Sherry. I think I will make mine a 3-notepad set, with a back that is generic enough to use with all the pads, and the pads themselves decorated for three holidays, say Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine's Day. Also, a 4-notepad set would be so cute decorated for the 4 seasons. What a great seller when I show the customer that this magnetic notepad will be useful for an entire year! Thanks for the great tutorial, Sherry.

    OMG! You are scary talented. I'm on my way to Dollar Tree to clean them out! My daughter is hosting a Halloween party for family, friends and their children. So we are putting together treat bags for that and in December, she has a piano recital for her 43 students and their parents. I will be using several of your tutorials to make gifts for students and purses for moms for that one. We will be saving so much money by making things instead of buying them and each child/parent will get a beautiful Christmas keepsake! YOU ARE AWESOME! Have a BLESSED day!

    I referred to your refillable pad video. This is nice too. I have seen you make something similar I believe on your channel. I like this!
    I was looking for I believe a refillable portfolio design, or one that has a clip. Where glue pad is not attached permanent. I will go through your playlist. I know in all of your wonderful shares there’s one.

    I saw that viewer's comment about the magnets and wondered if you'd be taking her suggestion in a future video. I'm so glad to see that you did! Even better...you made them refillable!! My only complaint is that there's no way to reuse the cute decorations on the front. Could you maybe play around with some options for attaching that flap to the chipboard backing instead of the tablet backing?

    • @ThePoshPaperLady
      @ThePoshPaperLady  5 років тому +1

      Hi, I am always open to constructive suggestions. However since I am offering this detailed and valuable content at no cost, I don’t do well with complaints. Maybe you didn’t mean it that way, but the word “complaint” is not one that should be used when something is being received for free. I’m sure if you play around with the design, you’ll be able to tweak it to fit your need. Thanks😀

      Oooh I missed the glue review. I have looked everywhere for it and can not find it at any store in my area or surrounding area. I guess I will be ordering it online because I really want to try it.
      Now for the finger blade, I did find and buy it because I thought the same thing with the Posh Lady making it look super easy to cut through note pads, chipboard and paper, but I could not get past the "swivel" blade. Maybe I should have given it more time... until I'm ready to try again I'll stick with my exacto knife. 🙄😏😁

    Good morning Sherry
    Very sweet design and I like that it's reusable.
    If I were making these for a Craft Fair, I'd definitely use cellophane bags to keep the paper in the pads from getting bent, ripped, crinkled.
    To keep it all looking fresh and clean and not dog eared.
    Presentation, Presentation!! :)

    • @ThePoshPaperLady
      @ThePoshPaperLady  5 років тому

      Thanks Darnell! Y’all know I love making custom boxes. So for me, I like to “WOW” them into stopping , and presenting these in a custom box is the way I go. Cello definitely works as a good and pretty alternative😀

    • @darnelleechols8556
      @darnelleechols8556 5 років тому

      @@ThePoshPaperLady I understand that packaging is your signature - brand I think is what you called it. The cellophane bag comment was by no means a slight to you. I just think it would be horrible to have ones beautiful hard work ruined by curious customers.

      Hi Sherry. I didn’t design mine with a pen(not a fan of how it changes the look), but you could probably add a loop to the side or too. Hope this helps😀

    I could watch your videos all day! I do have a question though, once you cover the top of the notepad with decorative paper doesn’t it prevent the pages from being torn off easily? Won’t you end up with an uneven rip rather than a smooth removal?

      Thank you so much for watching and enjoying the channel. The top of the notepad already has the protective glue layer from the manufacturer on it. I place my thin layer on top of that. Never once interfered with removing the sheets. Hope this helps😀

    I don't want to ask a repetitive question, but exactly what KIND of paper do you use for your envelopes, boxes, etc? I see it's a thick, heavy paper, and I've watched some of your videos, starting at the beginning, but I've never heard you say. Did I miss it?

      Hey Liz, this is actually a question I’ve answered numerous times in many videos and comment. I use a variety of paper weights. I don’t focus a lot on weights because I use chipboard in most of my projects, and for envelopes I always use a lightweight paper😀
