By the way the community hates spoilers. So dont ever spoil story quests. Really that's one of the only community rules. If you have finished the quest only talk about those quests with people who have finished those quests by the stuff they can do. Also the developers have done a good job at fostering a very healthy and vibrant community through many avenues including their dev streams.

I didn’t start carrying ammo restores until I finished Sands of Inaros. By the time I got to the final bit, I had completely run out of ammo and was using the turrets near the center of the map. It was horrible and took 55 minutes, but I did it. I now keep 100 ammo restores on me at all times.

Warframe art style is designed by anime, manga, Japanese and some unique French artists. It definitely looks unique

i believe ive spent almost 500$ in the years ive played warframe, in my personal opinion, DE (the company who made and run warframe) deserve every single penny
I've spent about $200. I probably only needed to spend $100 cuz I"m at a point where I can self sustain and make enough plat to buy whatever I want or need except the tennogen stuff, but DE deserves more respect so I "donated" more.

It's been in beta since it's launch....slightly before Destiny came out. The devs are constantly asked about "endgame", which turned into its own meme (and there plenty of memes in Warframe). If you ask, "What is the *endgame* ?" You would get a variety of answers, most common answer would be Fashionframe (I will tell you Fishframe as a joke), which is essentially to look cool.
If you're into the lore, watch StallordD to get a proper understanding of it, because finding out about it 'sides the cinematic quests involves a shit ton of finding every single fragment scattered throughout the Origin System (not joking, that is the name) that may involve you months or a year (or two) to complete all of it.
Personally, I would say don't check out the lore until you play through the quest The War Within quest for best gaming experience.

at this point of time, there is 40 Warframes to master, 450 weapons spread across multiple catagories, 4 different companions you can have (13 sentinals, 3 MOA, 6 kubrows , 3 kavats)
DE are the king of setting dates and not meeting them. There's a community meme of "DElayed" since they're literally always late. But they teased Railjack at Tennocon 2018, and now they've got a full gameplay demo up at Tennocon 2019. SoonTM
ya know even if its frustrating knowing about these new things and having to wait for them forever, its not a real a problem for me. i cant really ask for my money back lol
but reallly, its a small team. its bigger now and they are the biggest fans of the game. they want to do alot at the same time. time is always short. if they were going to hire more people, process things faster and so on, im pretty sure we would also start to find paywalls, a price to buy, pay to win and other things not so Warframe like. or at least one of these...

Better than a half-baked early release in my opinion. These guys love to put their game into as perfect a condition as it can get with the updates they push out.
100% worth it for devs that directly talk to their community and listen to what we want.

run4walk they’re nearly completed. They were used during a demo at tennocon and should be in the game within maybe 2 months at most. And since this video will certainly exist well beyond that, it’s safe to include.

Yeah, as a Founder I can indeed confirm that this is basically Power Rangers for adults. People get cut in half, sniped, exploded and there is blood and gore everywhere. Also you can paint yourself any combination of bright (or dull) colors. Being a Void-Enhanced Cyborg Super-Soldier is a ton of fun... and yes, there are giant monsters to kill too.

I've played 4,000 hours of Warframe over the last six years. It is SUCH a good game, and soon with Empyrian it will be one of the best multiplayer games on the market.

10:44 tell that to my hour+ survival missions. My weapons are the Zarr as my primary this thing nukes low level 90s enemy's my secondary is the Akjagara prime witch one taps enemy's up to low level 60s and my melee is the redeemer prime witch is a gun blade and it deletes low level 90s I've dumped hundreds of hours on the Xbox one
My friends and I did a 15 hour Mot survival a couple years back, 1-2 hours isn't that hard to begin with.

Alas, there will never be cross play. PC is used as the test bed to iron out the bugs, and the platforms other than PC require certification. Time waiting that PC players would not tolerate. There is talk of looking into Cross save as Bungie is talking about implementing into Destiny 2. We shall see.
The game has been around 7 years, and will always be in Beta, as systems change often.
The best part of Warframe is that anything with stats can be farmed for if you have enough patience, meaning there's no pay2win.
There is however "pay to fast forward" and "pay to look amazing", but most of the cosmetics only cost platinum, which is tradable.

FYI update - tennocon 2020 announced a new 3rd open world dropping on all platforms Aug. 25th 2020.

Hands down my favorite game
Warframe is basically if you take most video game commercials back in like the early 2000’s or so… like the ones right when animation got really common. But the games hadn’t caught up yet.
And you made a game that was supposed to emulate that. Because god *dayum*.
Like is it for everyone? No. But frankly I think it’s a phenomenal experience. Because even without sinking your teeth into the higher level optimized shit… you can still just go on a cathartic action hero rampage

There is a practical reason why warframe cant do crossplay, in order to do crossplay everyone on all platforms must be using the exact same version and warframe is updated near constantly. The way it goes it pc will get a big update, then they will send out a number of hotfixes as needed, then when the update is all nice and bug free they send it out to the consoles
Well, maybe eventually they will stop using pc for guinea pigs and keep it updated at the same pace so everyone can play together.

There will always be bugs in updates, especially with how fast they come out, i think its easier to test and fix bugs on a pc. I think pc players will have to stay as unpaid beta testers so console players can have a more smothered down experience

With over 2000+ hours, I can say that every hour and every penny I've given them has been worth it. Tons of content, amazing devs, and a good time overall. You HAVE TO play the Second Dream, and the War Within. It expands the game a fuck ton, and they are hella good. Enjoy the game! Glad to have you in our community Tenno!

playing Warframe on ps4 for 6 years master rank 21 and still worth playing, and i'm still waiting for railjack to come out so i can pilot my big ship with friends
If anything, crossplatform will be when warframe is finished. Since its going to be hard to do that when PC is farther in terms of updates to consoles. Its going to be hard to play with someone that has a previous version of the game.
when you will get to the cinematic missions you will love it more and with Enpyrian this will lift the All because we all lift together :D
Warframe is in all consoles u can have evrythin in the game without spending a dime but u do have to work for it and earn it,as it should be,u can even get the premium curency for free by selling weapons ,prime frames and other stuff ,i play on nintendo switch and we had pc players that transfered and most where helpful ,the community is the nicest and the devs are even better they make a few streams a week on twitch and on special ocasions give free stuff,which is weekly also , anything good u can think about a game warframe has it ,it also a few downsides but the good things are more

The problem with they having to make it cross platform is have all the versions on the same update since pc is constantly receiving updates and hot fixes

Actually with the Nightwave giving out free slots you don't even need to really dump plat on slots either
I still think it'd be wise to use your starter plat on slots because the amount of slots Nightwave gives relative to the amount of warframes and weapons there are I think that should still be considered.

The only issue i have with warframe is that if want to go to pc from console you cant bring your stuff and progress over
They're working on that, for example, in the past when warframe came to consoles / switch, there was a limited time account migration you could do, and they've been thinking about opening something like that up again for console to pc. They've been talking about linking your profile between all devices but there are many issues with it regarding technical and legal issues. Crossplay is one of the things they've been trying to accomplish, so could be in the future, I wouldn't worry too much about it cus it's likely over the horizon.

Warframe players really are very helpful. Of course there will be a prick or two. Who consider themselves better just because they have a badge in their profile for being a closed beta player. But most people will advise you. Because in warframe there is no rivalry between players. Yes, there is pvp, but it is rather an addition. Nobody does builds for pvp. And if he wanted, it's not mastery that God knows how much time. Adapting to fight with others is a matter of moments and there are no bullish rankings.
If you ask some typical novice question in chat (e.g. how to jump far), people will flood you with helpful comments.
I would like to watch them stream warframe.
