Buying a house is like signing your life away. I've done it twice lol. The second one was a brand new house and they gave me a date that it would be finished and I could close and move in. So, I went on and gave a notice to my apartment, so they had pretty much already had a new tenant that was ready to move in. Then they changed my move in date off another. I had to stay in a hotel for that week. Deadlines do change. Sounds like Prime was giving you the runaround. I don't blame you from leaving again.
Yes the house process was a experience lmbo. Prime going down a direction I don't think will last because they loosing to many GOOD drivers. But like I said they gave me a shot and I took it and I will always give them credit for that but that's it. There's no loyalty at all and loyalty is how I operate
@dariusdavisobadiyahu6121 so after your lease is up you have a balloon payment of I believe 20,000 to 30,000 or get into another truck and new lease agreement
Ok was the money good while you were running? I’m thinking about leasing on with a company to save money quicker to be able to put a 25k down payment on my own. If I can bring in 3500-4k a week after settlement I’m straight
@iam4ouru10 nope I know about leasing and I also know about being a owner operator. I grew up around trucks, my dad been a truck driver my entire life so I know about them. But I'm not interested in trying to prove a point, I'm just sharing my experience. Prime been loosing a lot of great drivers for the very reasons I'm saying. I have sooooo much more I can say about prime but I left it out.

I had that same issue with my 2023 freightliner with covenant transportation

@@MeMe-bv9biNup they kept claiming they fixed the issue but it kept happening.But I went to another company a few months later🤷🏽♂️
What do you mean when you say you don't keep the truck after you finish paying when you lease? So is it the same as lease purchase?

@truckmoneybg you can but I don't. It's plenty jobs out there in the trucking world. You are guaranteed a job just by having your cdl
Thats what I want to do, get me a girl friend on my truck to drive when the me. If she ain’t driving it make no sense.
