Pyrrha was singing _Mirror, Mirror_ earlier, implying Weiss is viewing her as being lonely and isolated just like herself and even dressed her mental image Pyrrha in a red copy of her own outfit. She sees her as "trapped and helpless" with a team that doesn't rise to her level and, because of their sub-par skills, Pyrrha becomes weak just by association. Another possible explanation, not nessarily mutually exclusive as both could potentially apply, is that her opinions of Ruby, who has a red-dominant theme, are spilling over onto Pyrrha who is also Red.

The blue rose on her back showing a sign of 'trust' between her and Weiss. Yang is strong and cool. Blake is animal-like and mysterious. But Jaune? Girl literally sat down and said "Mmm yeah, he a Knight boi Anime protag." She gives him this giant, ornate sword and a large heavy cape. Very old-school warrior knight-like. Besides that, not much is changed about him. He does gain his dream actors gloves, scarf, & hat ( which have lil simplified snow flakes on them ). But that's it. Jaune is JUST Jaune. Even Nora and Ren are changed pretty drastically in comparison. This could mean she simply does not know -what- to think of him but does have an ideal of him. But, hey, Know who else uses a big sword and wears a large, heavy cape? [[ BIG NICHOLAS ]] ( That Vol 9 mature line starting to hit real different now ) Its also [ Interesting ] Weiss chooses to protect him ( and "Pyrrha" ) from her own men. While literally sending a [[ BIG MECHOLAS ]] punch at RBY. Kinda sussy Weiss.... It's real hard to talk about the WK vibes from IQ without talking about some real world events - It's not a spoiler or anything it's just an interesting design choice. At a Cafe event in Japan they gave Weiss an accessory that uses the same colors as the sword she gives Jaune ( and by default Croce Mors ). Color sharing in the RWBY universe is generally seen as a big deal. ( IE Blake and Yang sharing the Yellow / Purple )
First off, “hot as balls” might be a Team Four Star joke. I think I heard it from their parody of the Lord Slug movie. Second, I may be incredibly biased here, but the little Weissies may be the most adorable thing ever produced in RWBY. CRWBY, please, I am begging you on hands and knees, bring little Weiss into the main show. I don’t care how you do it, flashback, time travel, de-aging.

it's Blake's voice that finally reaches Weiss and makes her open the gates for the train.
The last minutes of this episode are insane and the soundtrack when Weiss goes even more serious is truly epic!

Possibly Weiss's perception of her removes the parts that are seen as outclassing Weiss herself?
