That is another great addition to the homestead for sure!!! It is a pretty versatile piece of equipment. You can use it to move things like firewood, rock, dirt or remove the sides to transport something like a stack of 4x8 sheets of plywood. You can pull it by hand or attach it to your ride on mower. I am sure that will come in handy on the property!!! The inflatable tires should be easy on the lawn. I can see that being very useful for gardening, landscaping, firewood, and general use tasks around the property.
We started collecting seeds and grafts from plants on our property. 😊 I can see a product like that coming in really handy for our gardening and firewood chores. It looks easy to move under load and you never need to fill her up with gas!
I hope you got a chance to spend some time with your Mom today!
    Stay safe and be well!

Absolutely!! It's super versatile, and I've been using it to try and fix the trench in the middle of the lawn that we made for the gym shed! It'll be great for general tasks for sure. Sometimes I like to do manual labor if it's easy enough to do so.. that way I save tractor hours and maintenance!
I'd definitely recommend something like this for your guys' new property! It's awesome! Tell your mom I said happy belated mother's day!
I sent my mom flowers, and ran a Spartan race with some buds from work! Hope you guys are doing well!

@@theidahopanhandlers Oh yes, the trench! I forgot about it. How is that going? Is it close to being filled yet? Great idea saving the tractor for the bigger tasks. Yes, we will be getting one for sure!
My Mom said it was very sweet of you to think of her. She said thank you!
Wow, cool we hope you finished well!!!
We are doing great, hope you are too!

@@MongoWongo777 Literally just walked in from working on the trench! It’s a tough and tedious task! The earth that the project kicked off is full of big rocks and gravel that has filled the yard! I’ve been scooping a layer of dirt/rock off the top of the trench and have been disposing of it to another spot on the property. Next I’ll replace that layer with topsoil and then plant grass seed and hopefully it’ll be fixed! The last step will be sitting on the lawn and picking up each individual rock that’s leftover that’s mixed in with the grass lol. Thanks so much for the reply!!

I did not get the same brand as the one in your video. I received a Vevor brand. Thanks for the information. It gave me an idea of what to do.

@@theidahopanhandlers I just went and got the Groundwork 1400 from TSC. Assembly is exactly the same as the 1000. The only differences I can see is no mesh on the side rails and a little heavier frame. Basically the same item just beefed up a bit. I'll be using mine for many things but principal among them is dragging logs all over the homestead.
      Who am I kidding, It's not even a homestead. It's a glorified campsite! 🤣
I'm just starting though so it's all brush hogging and chainsaw milling and blah. Not even living on it yet.

@@humansustainability Lots of work to be had ahead of you it sounds! I hope the 1400 works well for everything you have to do. I mainly seem to use the 1,000 in the winter time for hauling firewood from the wood shed to the house and it works fantastic for that. Otherwise, it really comes in handy for odd jobs here and there. I bet you’ll really like yours.

@@theidahopanhandlers Thanks! you got a sub. Did you clear and level your land yourself?

@@humansustainability thanks for the sub! And no we didn’t. We moved into this place from another spot here in town a couple of years ago, and thankfully it came mostly leveled out. It could definitely be improved in some spots, however. Glad to have ya along on the channel!

I did not receive the instructions manual. It came in a brown shipping box, not the original one. The nuts and bolts were loose and not labeled.
