Dog eye infection accute conjunctivitis American Hairless Terrier dog jet 16 years old uk

Jets eye infection, also tender on her left side of nose, sore nose with discharge.
vets said its acute conjunctivitis.
Been given antibiotics, dose half 2 times a day 12 hours apart.
Took jet to vets on 31st October 2023 to be seen by vet.
she had discharge from eye 2 to 3 days prior to vets visit. Started getting very lethargic, dont want to stand and just sleeping a lot more than usual.
Been also giving jet Benadrol a couple of times a day as a painkiller.
she's also on steroids low dose for skin irritation allergy.
