nothing. everything is plug and play. r5 5600 can boost upto 4.4ghz itself. stock cooler can be enough if you have a decent ambient temp and good case airflow.

600w should be enough. get a b450 motherboard at the very minimum, b550 if you have the money to spare, this will help you run your rams better with xmp enabled. dont forget to get at least 3200mhz rams. memory speed play a big role on ryzen cpu performance.

Go to your bios and enable xmp and set it to 3600mhz

RTX 3060ti R5 5600. For games, graphic card is the most important so always prioritize it.
well 12400 is better than 5600 (its on par with 5600x) so depends on your games then, also the ti draws around 50w more iirc
