The "fuck around with the ad reads as much as possible while still trying not to lose the advertisers" energy is at an all-time high and I am absolutely loving it
Thank you so much smega boys. I feel elated every time you upload and you both are genuinely inspirational to me. The supermegacast has been my favorite part of your channel since i started listening to you in middle school and I now am a high school senior. 1:48 YES you guys are my background noise all the time, really just people to have a one-way conversation with while i play games or clean. and it's nice thank you boys
@@poopsiepup1192 just that having friends work for them always worked out and they have a track record for keeping a close eye on their bank accounts lol
24:50 I really think that Ryan should go for the back surgery; I had the same procedure done when i was in high school bc I had 2 ruptured discs + sciatica- the relief was IMMEDIATE, as soon as I opened my eyes. the only thing that hurt was the small incision in my back and that only took a couple weeks to heal. (last thing- not sure if ur reading this specifically, Ryan, but if u do choose do have the surgery make sure ur either staying with someone or someone is staying with you, at least for the first few days bc you will need help getting up out of bed/chairs to use the restroom)
19:00 matt you are talking about amoxicillin. I had to take it so many times as a child due to frequent, debilitating ear infections that it stopped working and I had to take the stronger version of it. It was a massive bottle of disgusting unflavored white liquid
I was prescribed amoxicillin so much as a child that I developed an allergy to it!! It’s literally the worst liquid in existence I don’t know why he thought it tasted good
@@halfhuman9698 I have a spot around my torso in the mid section to the right where I had a surgery, and now I'm getting a bloated feeling around there, sometimes small burning sensations. Nothing overly painful but really uncomfortable

I wish I caught this when it was happening, watch TV or something that implies motion and time passing, and maybe count to 5 because that implies time moving forward and it's so important to say "I'm just high"
I got in a life altering car accident that flipped my truck on I-5 and the only thing I could hear was the SuperMegaCast blaring through my speakers through it all

Really happy to see Rooper an Doofey chasing they’re dreams still, keep it up lads! P.S. Can you guys release the audio from the deleted video footage of the sonic ‘06 gameplay as “lost audio”
Oh Matt, I am for sure actively listening while doing markdowns in my retail job. It really speeds up the day as my store has just the most lovely customers. They smear shit all over the toilet seats and in the fitting rooms! They also love to sample any of the snacks we sell and then hide them in other merchandise
19:09 it’s called amoxicillin, and it’s an antibiotic! i was prescribed this when i got strep throat as well as scarlet fever (both group A strep infections).
Alright boyz, I gotta go full Sopranos nut here. Seriously do not read this shit if you've never watched the series. Sopranos is one of my favorite shows and maybe the best series I have ever seen. While there may be a great tension (seemingly) building at the very end of the last episode, I don't believe Tony is dead. Sopranos is a visual novel, and it ends as such. Books don't have a big "THE END" with a booming score. They just end. A tension is building in the final scene, yes, but there will always be tension in Tony's life. He may illude punishment, but he'll never illude the fear of what may be lurking over his shoulder. This is how David Chase perfectly crafts the beautiful middle road ending between the two re-hashed endings we always see in mob movies. As David himself said in an amazing interview done by some pretty key cast members of Sopranos (on the Talking Sopranos YT channel), he didn't want to do the 'crime doesn't pay' ending, because crime does pay, but David didn't want to go with a 'crime does pay' type ending either, because the crime Tony gets into is pretty damn bad. So what does David Chase do? He crafts what is arguably the best TV finale ever made, a series of highly foreboding portraits so to speak. A collection of very brief scenes that act as snapshots of all the remaining characters- showing you everything they've become over the series, everything they will become. Tony may have shaken all the people he hates most off of his chest (some of these people being his own family), but there will always be so many annoyances and roadblocks in his life that will continue to bring him inches within a heart attack. Tony also loses what humanity he had to begin with throughout the last few seasons, so at this point it's not just the fear that keeps him looking over his shoulder, rather his lack of trust for anyone but himself. I also can't help but agree with David Chase when he mentions the hypocrisy of a large portion of his audience who LOVED Tony and every terrible thing he did, but then when it was time for the show to end, everyone was like "okay! You can put a bullet in his head now!". Can't have your cake and eat it too. Also all of the real threats against Tony's life has been exiled at this point, and I've yet to see a convincing theory on how Tony's family are actually the ones who killed him or whatever lol. Once again, please go and listen to David Chase break down the final episode in full (IF YOU'VE ACTUALLY WATCHED THE SHOW, PLZ DON'T SPOIL IT FOR YOURSELF, UNLESS IF YOU LIKE SPOILERS. I CAN'T CONTROL YOU) on the Talking Sopranos pod as it gives a hell of a lot of insight on not just the genuine genius and beauty of the final episode, but the entire show as a whole. Love you boyz!
@Sukebae! うきよ HELL YEAH that makes me so happy to hear! I love this show very dearly, so I really hope you enjoy it! In some ways the show feels very familiar, but Sopranos really is its own beast. Thank you for letting me know about your interest, once again I'm more than happy to have intrigued you into watching the show!! That's all I can hope for haha
I honestly wouldn’t mind Matt and Ryan playing the original Resident Evil 5 instead of waiting for a remake, sure Ryan’s already beaten it but I always enjoy the boys playing an RE game
The debate over RE5 already happened when it came out and it's not racist. The black actors who worked on it defended it, a senior anthropologist found it wasn't racist, and the British Board of Film Classification found it wasn't racist either. It features strong black characters, takes place in Africa, and the enemies are literally possessed so their depiction as being the bad guys makes sense and has nothing to do with the color of their skin.
I feel you guys on the poppers, my shrink says I have control issues, but if I'm prepared to become wildly and irreconcilably dependent on a substance that I don't even fully understand then I think that disproves her little theory
Resi 5 is great but it does go weird in the second act. The whole tribal stuff is just so weird.. before that is fine and after it is also fine but the tribal stuff is just odf
