Maybe they can't leave their bike unattended so the customer has to come to them?

I think I woulda stopped at the local Walmart and bought an old school bell that you attach to handlebar of bike and then delivered to customer. Instead of knocking, I would just have rung the bell on my bike until they answered the door.

Props to the driver for not fueling the fire. Straight into the point. With Uber though? These types of customers aren't worth the risk of losing your tip or getting your rating dinged. I would have immediately called support and reported the customer for being abusive.
Yeah, I wouldn't even reply. It would either be dropped or I would call support and see if I can get half pay and report the harassment.
After that first message I'd drop it and if I already had the food I'd call uber and tell them the situation. No way would I keep talking to the customer or deliver that order.

From the first text, i would have answered... my name is not Ricardo, its Kristopher and im using a vehicle to deliver your order. If you keep on being rude, ill drop your order and report you to uber for rude behavior.
Next text i receive that doesnt say im sorry. Please continue the delivery, ill drop that and call uber for unsafe delivery situation. Stating the customer being rude on the message system. I wont tolerate even the slightest chance of escalation and face a crazy coot at the front door.

I would have called Uber and canceled that. Dang!
I would've picked up the order reported it to DD or whatever and refused to do the delivery. Whether I have to take the food back to the store or not.

How I would answer that if I even decided to answer it even if I saw it while riding or driving, I would merely respond:
Customers have no control as to what vehicle will be used in the delivery of their items.
Will most likely I just would not respond, because I would be on a bike!

Well because in my full time job I'm use to dealing with crazy customers anyway he seems interesting so would of kept the order and see what happens 🤔
First of all, the app will tell the customer the vehicle of the driver, this person is just wierd.....🙄
I would just cancel the trip. You can't tell me you're going to keep the tip (if there is one) after hearing all that mess from the customer. I don't want to deal with people like that anyway. So it's just not worth it to me.

The customer doesn't know that drivers/bikers can't see their instructions before completing pick up. This is a problem I see all the time and it has been like this for years, Uber doesn't care so I blame them for not doing anything.
