POP will be dead to me if they force Saki to withdraw. Making her run a 100km marathon from Fuji-Q Highland to Shimokitazawa Shelter, over mountainous terrain in a 24 hour time frame in order to remain a member of the group is ridiculous.
I was reading the english comments but I didn't get it, that Saki was kicked out of the group unless she ran a marathon? wtf
5 years later, Kamiya Saki graduated from GANG PARADE and the group derived into 2 groups. GANG PARADE has ended.

Hate to say it, but POP is already dead without Saki.
+Digital Ghost Agreed. I watched a recent video of a live from October 24th this month and they just sounded flat without Saki. Way to go for the management of this group to kill off the only original member of this group. I'm beginning to wonder whether they ever really wanted her to be a part of this unit in the first place. Giving her the ultimatum of running 100km within 24 hours before their Dec. 5th live to remain a member or withdraw from the group is bullshit.
POP is scheduled to perform on Dec. 12th at the, "BILLIE IDLE presents Brand-new Idle Society" event later this year. If they kick her out of the group before then, POP should be dropped from the event. Specifically because, they would have no reason to be there if Saki is no longer a member since every group performing at the event contains a former member of BiS.
Moon Devyl I'm really hoping that show ends up warranting a one-off BiS reunion. But yeah, I hope Saki does the right thing by not finishing that marathon on time. She should just leave. This group is fucking embarrassing.

+Digital Ghost I'm sorry but what? Clearly, you never have heard Miki sing because she's far from flat. Anyways, why are you so quick to shit on them? Do you realize how much pressure their under? Their leader, the most well known member in the group, has been suspended and now they have to fend for themselves and become their own POP, without having anyone teach them. They're doing their best and that's all that matters. How would you like it if the girls just gave up the moment Saki got suspended? It would make them look like sore losers, as if they give up as soon as something bad comes their way. They're pushing themselves to become the best they can be while their more experienced member for the most part is M.I.A. Give them a break. I'd like to see you two handle a position like this. And I love Saki, but poor choices lead to consequences. I don't agree with the whole 100km run in the mountains thing, but hopefully she'll learn something from this, whether she succeeds or not.

Yes, I'm fully aware of "their leader" being kicked out of the group. That's half of their problem. At her core, Saki is a punk, and POP's management is doing everything they can to alienate punks/ex-BiS fans from their shows. They're not even under that much pressure than a normal idol would be. This is nothing to them and they're obviously in on the fact that Saki's "suspension" is just a shitty publicity stunt by Junnosuke.
I'm really really hoping Saki doesn't finish the run so that POP can just dissolve and she can go do something better. POP doesn't exist in my mind, they died with Pla2me.
It actually hurts hearing the songs on their full-length and knowing that it could have been better had they released all the songs when it was just Saki and Mari. UNIT has no emotion with 5 people; it's definitely a song about the two of them and their sisterly bond or w/e. Every song on that album was written for a duo, and a 5-piece can't do it justice.
