All my life I dreamed of living in Montana a little over a year ago I moved to Idaho and really liked it but I couldn't get Montana out of my head. And then I had an opportunity to move to Montana and all I can think about is getting back to Idaho and the Sawtooth mountains!

I'm blessed to live very close to Idaho. The drive from Spokane Washington going into Idaho is absolutely beautiful! I never tire of it. I've been to Idaho so many times from childhood to my 59 years of life. One of my aunts lived in Coeur d'Alene and our large family reunions were held at her every year for maybe 30 years. Like Eastern Washington, Idaho is getting a lot of people moving there from California and I hope they don't ruin the beauty of the State.

Bella, I am 61, and have wanted to live in N.Eastern Washington for 40 years. I wouldn't want to live in Spokane. My preference is north of there in Stevens or Ferry counties. And yes, hopefully California radical nuts don't take over N.East Washington, or Idaho.

Dang, you live in the best part in the northwest. There is no doubt that eastern WA and northen ID is a great place to live since the scenic, nature, landscape, two good cities (spokane and Couer d'alene), activities, etc... makes it great, entertaining, and fun.

You're too late. Thousands of California (in particular), Oregon, and Washington refugees arrive in our state daily, ruining our former quality of life, turning our state into the shithole all of these thousands of people left. Do us all a favor and STAY there in Washington. You broke it, you fix it.

Spectacular. As part of our plans to see all 50 states, we had thoughts of going, then plans to go. It took 7 years and it was absolutely worth every moment. My husband and I rented a cabin outside of Harrison from a couple in Coeur D'Alene and made the trip from San Antonio, TX with our five Australian Shepherds. Along with a beautiful 4 day stay in Estes Park and some great days and nights in Montana it was a life altering experience. "Idaho is what America was" is the truest slogan, at least for the North Idaho we experienced. There was more later to that trip, including an epic stay in South Dakota and stops in Nebraska and Kansas. Idaho, though, remains the jewel of the journey in our hearts.

I was born and raised in Southern Idaho on the Snake River. I was happy there, but after I graduated from HS and spend a semester at ISU, I got wanderlust and started traveling here and there, California, British Columbia, Mexico, Guatemala, etc. I would have returned to Idaho after those adventures, but I'd met a man in Arizona and had fallen in love, so I stayed there and finished my education at ASU. The relationship didn't last long, and I've tried to come back to Idaho a few times, but it was a hassle to get an Idaho license in my field, so I went back to AZ for work, but I went home every summer for 2 weeks did a fair amount of traveling with a camera during that time. I saw all the parts of Idaho I'd never seen before as I had the money to do so. I've rafted all the major rivers and done a fair amount of hiking as well. I was planning to move back when I retired, but my Dad and Mom had passed before I could, so I'm still in Arizona and missing Idaho. I'm retired now and would love to come back, but I've got some physical problems that have impaired my movement, so moving would be difficult. Now that the Californians have invaded Boise where my siblings live, it's not the place. My brother said it's not at all what it used to be and that it's expensive and crowded. . That is sad. Boise used to be a friendly, fun place to live and I love Eagle and the River there and bike trails. So maybe one day I'll get back, or I'll end up in another place entirely. Loved the documentary and the video. Thanks for sharing that. 🌲🌲🌲

I have lived several places in this country( temp jobs in my field) and am currently retired in WA and plan to move to Idaho panhandle this year.
If I may, I wanted t speak to your physical limitations.I have great news. It is not yet widely known amongst the public, but a massive leap in quality of healthcare is coming. To begin with” Med Beds” in the US will be managed by the military. You can research. These will be FREE sessions for all. Other bed -style advanced technologies , with different names and different manufactures will also be coming in. Some are already here , but too expensive. Germany has “ Med Pods” in use. Within the next couple of years, far far far superior to Med Beds ini quality, range of functions, safety, and speed will be “ Celestial Chambers” made ONLY by Jared Rand , in Colorado. If curious, much info is available on www.weareonelightforall.net , at top page, click “ interviews”. Either way, the healthcare industry , which has actually been dark controlled, will be moving massively forward .Pharmaceuticals will phase out as they will no longer be needed. And that whole industry has been horribly corrupt anyway. You will see.

I use to live in California. California use to be a pretty decent place to live. The federal government needs to intervene in California, instead of helping other countries. Crime started getting bad after the 60's. My cousin told me not to move to California, the crime is really bad. I talked to a girl in the Laundromat she had just moved from California. She had that thousand yard stare talking about the crime. If George Washington were alive, he wouldn't put up with this crap!

Since then, I have sought out the beauty of the state so it doesn't stay in my mind as ugly... because it is this state's ground, by no fault of its own, that soaked up the blood of one of the most precious people in my life. Maybe it is an exercise of forgiveness for a land so beautiful that it drew my sister back to it again. Thank you for such a beautiful video. Maybe one day I can come and visit... Born and raised in the northern part of Idaho since 1969. The best time to live in this area was in the 80s and the previous decades before then. The population boom to this state started in the early 90s and when California started to self-destruct, it got worse, especially during Covid. The migration to the state since 2020 has been crazy. When I travel to some of the rural areas of Idaho, it’s still like a time capsule but, the Post Falls/Coeur d’Alene area in the northern part of the state has definitely changed.

I want to thank you for such a through state wide video with real information. Idaho and Washington are the only 2 western states that I haven't visited. I plan to be there next year. Kinda funny that I watched a video yesterday on the 10 most boring states in the U.S. Idaho was on the list. I knew a lot about Idaho already and thought the jerks rating it was city dwellers who can't function without a coffee shop every 1/2 mile. Excellent video sir.👍

Have lived all over the country. Left Maine in 2001 and have lived in Idaho longer than anywhere else. I don't think I would want to live anywhere else. If you just forget about money and material things and focus on the land, the people and living life, it's a place that is hard to match. Very special place with very special people.

Once the wolves enter The Frank Church Wilderness in Idaho, there will be no stopping them. It is a place set aside for them and all other animals. Idaho has set more land away for future generations than any other state. I suppose you live in a city that has eradicated all of the native species.

    • @tvwideeye
