    Amazing tips. Never thought of the first one, but I realized that's the way I actually approach people in work situations. Why not assume everyone likes you all the time? Thank you. Learning so much :)

    I've relocated a number of places the past 10 years and not gotten to go to any exciting city as of yet and so I feel disappointed and not so happy, however I do try to practice some of these 5 things daily like for example there was this beautiful tree some yards in front of me and I just paused and looked at it for some minutes plus I love watching birds.

    You replied back to me a helpful comment (Thank you) and I wasn't feeling well and didn't get around to answering back and later I tried to find your comment and couldn't find it so sorry about that Jason. I made another relocation but not to a place I really wanted to live at. But it is a step up and at least somewhat better. Anyhow I just watched your video above and it's a very helpful video; thanks! Good job!

    What do you do if #3(enjoying nature like at my creek, watching deer, bears, otters, etc) consumes one so much...that i can't be productive at things that are needed? Example...fixing the house, going to work, spending time with friends/family because you'd rather just sit in nature! But that makes you more depressed because you haven't been constructive? I know it's a transition, but i can't get away from nature.
    What do you do Jason?

      I was just letting you know it is a word ... so defensive

    • @HereBeing
      @HereBeing 6 років тому +1

      I see you must have been judged about your vocabulary in the past ... please know I see you as quite eloquent and I love the way you can make up words to portray a meaning you are relating to and I always get it ... I often do the same ... no judgment really .... I watch your videos all the time and share them ... I tell everyone I do my chanting with a bodybuilder .. like for real natural bodybuilder ... one with integrity ... please do not think I am judging you ... I was hurt you didn't say thank you ... lol ... I now see everything differently ... do you?

    • @JasonJGallant
      @JasonJGallant  6 років тому +1

      You're missing the point and no I wasn't judged. It's just that you're letting the critical mind get in the way of absorbing the energy without judgement. The details of language are not relevant when it comes absorbing existence itself.

      I didn't take offence. No worries. Just doing my job as a "mind eraser". Lol
