There seems to be a lot of discussion going on, and as the creator, that makes me very happy.
To clarify, this song was based on real life events.
In the past, even though it may not have been my fault, there were some arguments that were centered around me.
So I took that and added exaggeration, humor, and fantasy and turned it into lyrics.
The title, “Princess,” comes from a Japanese phrase “otaku circle’s princess.”
It’s the phenomenon when a girl joins an otaku group, the members start liking her and fighting over her.
The ♂at the end is simply because I am a man.
Regarding the character, in the end it turns into a demon, so perhaps the gender doesn’t matter.
Having this in mind, I hope you can re-enjoy it.

過去の出来事で、自分が原因という訳ではないのですが
自分を中心に周りが争うという場面がままあり
それを面白おかしく誇張したり、ファンタジーにして、歌詞に落とし込みました。
日本でいうオタサーの姫のような存在に近いと思い
タイトルを"Princess"にして、自分は男なので最後に"♂"を付けました。
メインキャラについては、最終的に悪魔になるので性別は関係ないかもしれません。

@@laurae7777 As someone who knows some Japanese and consumes a lot of Japanese media, it doesn't sound like Japanese to me, though obviously it is. If I had to say, I'd say it sounds more like Russian, but I can see where the original commenter is coming from when they say it's sung like English. I can't really understand the words even when I'm following along with the subtitles on account of the way it's sung, though perhaps that's more indicative of my Japanese level than anything else.
Also did you use the new translation feature to understand that comment? The idea that people can have conversations speaking completely different languages with it is pretty cool.

(Communicating in different languages is pretty fun. Used to have this maid, and we would speak to each other in different languages, rarely speaking the same one to each other, to the point that we both understood each other’s languages way better after three years. It just became our thing.)

I find it interesting that people come back to this and see 'Princess' in a new light (the character) after watching/hearing MJB.
But, like, she was never anything but a villain. This song is about someone who goes into groups, grabs the attention/obsession of everyone in it, and destroys the group in the process. At least, that was my impression, going based on the video and lyric translations.
So in the equally dramatized MJB video, she does roughly the same thing. She enters into THHK's fanbase, grabs the attention/obsession of everyone in it (including him), (expands the group), and destroys the original/creator in the process. The songs are both made from a place of authenticity, but dramatized for the sake of engaging videos/songs. Honestly, MJB seems like the natural continuation of this song's themes, which is phenomenally done.
