100% Battery Health on the iPhone SE 2020? - Exploration Video

We're seeing if it's possible to get 100% battery health on the iPhone SE 2020. I haven't found a tag-on flex for them, so let's see what's possible.
NOTE: I have seen that it is possible to reset the percentage and charge count using a particular programmer. I don't have that programmer, nor do I know what model of programmer it is.
