- Uncle Si gets filled in on Disney World details now that John-David is back from his trip and the souvenirs he brought home remind Martin of his childhood contribution to the local circus. While Si doesn’t approve of roller coasters, he does approve of fast cars and faster airplanes. Godwin and Si give some fatherly advice to a new dad of a little girl from their own experiences being girl dads. The boys all agree that Willie is the worst person to fly with of all time and Si makes his views clear about the eating of reptiles.

I finally got to see this movie and it just made my emotions overwhelmed. This just shows if you really wanna change you can. Till this day I have a hard time trying to be the best I can be but I still fall short all the time. I may not know these people but they’ve been in my life 10 plus years. So thankful for the Duck call room and unashamed podcasts.

@Martin - I can confirm that story! I have twin 7 year old boys and one is much more dominant. Finally, the more passive boy was done getting picked on and punched his brother square in the chest and knocked him on his back.
You all need to check out Silver Dollar City in Branson. Number one amusement park in America. They have some awesome coasters, and great rides and entertainment for kids. Also, Christian owned. Throw your money to the right places!

I HATE rollercoasters & my sister [HAG that she was] lied & said Space Mountain was like a KIDDIE ride!! My friend who sat with me thought I was going to have a heart attack!! [Bad heart here then - repaired in 2019]. Never again!! 😡😡😡

The talk about roller coasters got me thinking about when we were at Cedar Point in Sandusky OH. My youngest daughter was going on her first roller coaster called the Magnum. As we were going up the hill real slow I looked back to see if she was scared. She had her hands up in the air. John David, I have a psychopath too. lol

Ok, this is for JD - for your next Disney trip, try the Sci-fi dine in theatre restaurant in Hollywood studios. I really enjoyed the cheeseburger and fries. All the other food I had while I was there was mediocre .
I'm with Uncle Si. I don't do rollercoaster, either. The 1 and only time I rode Space Mountain, my youngest sister was sitting between my legs and we were in front (as a matter fact, the only ones on the ride) . Apparently they did not get the seat belt tight enough. During the ride, my sister started to slide. she held on the ride for dear life and I held on her for dear life. Never have I gone on a roller caoster, again. The reason we were the only ones on the ride, we live in Florida and during the Fall and Winter Disney World gives Florida residents a discount to bring in customers. I have only been to Disney World in the Fall and Winter because in Spring and Summer the lines are way too long and it is extremely HOT in Florida.

I normally like the podcasts but today, not so much. You guys don’t have a clue what the man was dealing with, maybe he was doing the best he could. As a mom I tried to teach my kids to give people grace and not ridicule them.
