There are people Amharans, tigriayns and Eritreans all they may have African ancestors at the same time they are also people come from Yemen as Sabina's, from Israel agazians as well as bete Israel and agews .those people mixed with ancient Ethiopians . Their mixtures results Amharic and tigrinia as well as agews speakers. I can mention Prove.
1. Amhara and tigriayns claim there ancestors built yeah , Axum civilization and developed sabian languages which shows had sabian ancestors.

The Amharans tigriayns speak and use Geez language , worship and follow Jews culture , religion , tradition and genetics for example the first menelik and the last Ethiopian king Hailey silase claims as solomonic dynasty descendants as a result they ruled Ethiopia .still the connection with Amharans and Israel is strong. But I don't mean that also Amharans tigriayns don't have African ancestors. So lets examine the relationship ship between Amharans and Morocco .
1 .both they come from sabiayans ancestors some cross Red sea to modern Ethiopia they built yeah ,damat, and Axum. The other cross Red see along side of Egypt to morroco.
2. Cultural relationship between Amharans and Morocco are many . To mention that some of them , both morrocans and Amharans use masinko, same shoulder dancing especially to Gojam dancing, and they use the same kebero like the Gojams use small kebero and morrocans use small kebero and they bit it the same way.
3. Amharans and morrocans those who we call them makarib have the same color. The morrocans little bit didn't mix as much as Amharans . because Amharans mixed with agews, bete Israel's, agazians and some other people.

Never heard something like that before and I had to let go of the typical rythms that were ingrained into my head since childhood. Plese be nice, I'm still learning. Could someone please educate me on traditional Ethiopian instruments ?
@Arianna, there are many instruments amongs the many tribes. The common ones are WASHINT (flute), MASINKO (more like violine), Kirar (like guitar) and then ofcourse the KEBERO (drums). The flutes take different shape and size (some very big) among different tribes of people. The song above is from the north (Amhara) and most popular dance type called Eskesta. They make up the bulk and spine of the Ethiopian nation along with the Oromos (not depicted here).
