PUTO CHEESE | SOFT & FLUFFY | VERY EASY TO MAKE

  • Puto Cheese
    Ingredients:
    1 cup Flour
    1/2 white sugar
    1 tbps baking powder
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    2 tbps melted butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
    1 cup water
    Procedure:
    Put 1 cup of flour (sifted) in a mixing bowl followed by 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1 tbsp of baking powder. Mix well until combined.
    Next, add 1/2 cup evaporated milk followed by 2 tbsp of melted butter, 1 egg and a cup of water. Don't over mix as this creates more bubbles.
    Arrange and grease each molding cups in the steamer. ( I used a improvised cupcake silicone cups)
    Steam the batter for about 10 mins then place the cheese on top, cover and steam again for 2 mins until the cheese are melted or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Turn of the heat and let it cool down
    Served it with hot cup of coffee! Enjoy!
    TIP:
    Use a cheesecloth or clean towel (I used baby lampin)
    on the lid to avoid water dripping to the batter when steaming.

    Gawin ko ito sissy sarap paborito ko..may idea na ako paano.🥰 leche flan gumawa ako sissy buti okay naman..😅

      Haha.. ako naman turuan mo sissy paano gumawa ng leche flan..🤤😋😆 Mas mahirap yun at mas pricey .😅
