With utmost respect, a non-compete prohibiting you from fishing clients offshore? Did that apply to anywhere in the world or were there boundaries?
I can't imagine such a thing. Aren't fishing spots intellectual property? I think of my tarpon spots as such.
In retrospect though I can think of a Stock Island employer who likely makes his guides sign NDAs.
